Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €15.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

The experience of the stay was certainly very pleasant. The location is beautiful and the structure very welcoming. Breakfast is truly abundant with a wide choice. When the restaurant is open, you can enjoy really good dishes at an affordable price. But the gem is the hospitality and availability of the managers, a family that cares about what they do and shows passion and attention.

Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti entusiasti dall'accoglienza e dell'ospitalità dei proprietari della struttura e dal rispetto che hanno per l'ambiente e le misure anti-covid. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le ottime e abbondanti colazioni con torte fatte in casa e prodotti genuini. L'agriturismo è molto tranquillo nonostante si trovi sulla via Aurelia. Da provare assolutamente la cena tipica maremmana. Lo consigliamo a tutti.
