In the serene Tuscan countryside, within the Fattoria della Gioiosa, lies the 19th-century farmhouse known as “Il Poderino,” which has been meticulously restored by Patrizia Mussi. The property features six double rooms with private bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and an apartment, providing cozy spaces for those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and tranquility of the Tuscan landscape.

Adjacent to the farmhouse, the old cart track has been converted into a modern Music Studio, featuring three soundproofed rehearsal rooms and a control room. This initiative was born from the desire to create a space where the emotions experienced in this setting can inspire and foster new artistic expressions.

The sea, visible from the estate, is just 10 kilometers away, while the beach at Marina di Bibbona can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, allowing guests to alternate the silence of the countryside with the wonders of the coast.

This farmhouse serves as a unique retreat, where the quiet and beauty of the surroundings combine with the opportunity to experience a blend of nature and creativity.
