Nestled in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, just a short distance from the sea and the famous resorts of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, this historic farmhouse from the late 19th century retains the rural charm of its origins. Renovated in 2015, it now offers cozy and well-maintained spaces while preserving the authenticity of the past. The location is perfect for those wishing to explore the coastline or nearby art cities, thanks to the proximity of the Versilia motorway. However, it is worth noting that there may be background noise from the nearby highway.

Surrounded by a spacious garden with stunning mountain views, the property features an outdoor veranda ideal for enjoying summer breakfasts and a convenient internal parking area with an automatic gate. Guests can also take advantage of the complimentary bike rental service to explore the surroundings.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, a kettle, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. Cleaning service is provided daily, with towel changes every three days and bed linen changed once a week.

Breakfast is one of the most enjoyable moments of the day, to be savored leisurely on the outdoor patio during nice weather or in the cozy indoor spaces. Every morning, we offer a selection of sweet and savory items, carefully prepared to cater to various tastes and dietary needs.

We pay special attention to those with intolerances or specific dietary restrictions: upon request, we provide gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan breakfast options, always aiming to make every guest feel welcomed and pampered from the moment they wake up.

Francesca and Stefano warmly welcome you to their B&B, which opened in May 2015 and is rooted in a genuine passion for hospitality. Every guest is embraced with warmth, listened to with interest, and guided through a stay that aims to be simple, authentic, and comfortable, like home. The atmosphere is that of a family that loves to share, filled with small gestures of care and sincere smiles. Adding to the special experience are the true hosts of the establishment: two dogs and two cats, whose affectionate presence brings a touch of joy and spontaneity to the life of the B&B.

Area Campagna

Our establishment is situated in a peaceful and lush countryside area, on the border between Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, in a location that combines the charm of nature with convenience for travel. We are just 2.5 km from the sea, with the expansive beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta easily accessible in a few minutes, and equally close to the historic center of Pietrasanta, a captivating town rich in art, culture, and quality restaurants.

Behind the B&B lies the Versilia highway exit, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of Tuscany: Lucca is only 20 minutes away, Pisa half an hour, and Florence about an hour. The proximity to the highway does mean there is some light background noise, but this is more than compensated for by the ease of accessing the main tourist destinations in the region.

Those who choose to stay here particularly appreciate the natural and authentic surroundings, with stunning views of the Apuan Alps, the opportunity to cycle along country trails, and the convenience of reaching the livelier coastal areas. It’s a perfect place to relax while still enjoying exploration.
