In a small village nestled in the tranquility of the Tuscan hills, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woods, this historic residence combines elegance with comfort. Wooden beams and terracotta floors enhance its authentic charm, while a self-sufficient photovoltaic system ensures an eco-friendly footprint without sacrificing modern amenities like heating and cooling, as well as a constant supply of water.

The location is perfect for those seeking peace and nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, with the added benefit of being just five minutes from Arezzo, an art city that is the birthplace of renowned figures such as Piero della Francesca, Giorgio Vasari, Guido Monaco, and Petrarch. In addition to its artistic treasures and the Medicean Fortress, which reopened in 2016, Arezzo hosts captivating events like the Giostra del Saracino and the famous Antique Fair, held every first weekend of the month.

The B&B, open year-round, welcomes guests in three spacious and bright rooms, with the option for extra beds, all featuring private bathrooms and a reading nook, as well as a double or matrimonial room with a private bathroom. Each accommodation is equipped with satellite TV and a fan, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Hey, I'm Maria

As a mother of three and grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters, they are the center of my universe. I have a job that I consider to be the most fascinating in the world. I have a passion for human connection and strive to make all my guests feel comfortable, as if they were in their own home. I am an open and sincere person, and everything I offer comes straight from my heart. I am always available and wholeheartedly dedicate myself to making desserts and jams, using only our carefully grown organic fruit from our farm. I spend a significant amount of my time with my guests, whom I thank sincerely, because without them, my happiness wouldn’t be the same!
