The B&B is ideally situated to explore the region's treasures: Viareggio, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and Siena are all easily accessible. If you prefer to unwind on-site, you can spend the day by the freshwater pool surrounded by olive trees, read in the shade in one of the many green nooks, or stroll along the trails and bike paths that start from the village. You'll also find typical restaurants and bars just a short walk away.

The facility is designed for the comfort of everyone: families with children will find a dedicated room and indoor and outdoor play areas, while those traveling with dogs are warmly welcomed. All rooms come with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast, made in-house and served buffet-style, is included and features fresh, genuine products. Access is available 24/7, and the spaces are also suitable for those needing to work while traveling.

After a long time spent abroad, Caterina decided to return to Italy to create a space where she can welcome guests with the warmth and attentiveness of someone who understands the meaning of travel. Always present and attentive, she will be happy to suggest itineraries, events, restaurants, or simply to chat in the garden among the olive trees.

Montemagno, where La Casa di Alice is located, is a quaint hilltop village nestled in the lush greenery of the Camaiore hills, situated in one of the most picturesque areas of northwestern Tuscany. The region, traversed by the ancient route of the Via Francigena, retains the charm of timeless places, featuring quiet streets, scenic viewpoints, and untouched nature that transforms with each season. It serves as the perfect meeting point between the sea and mountains, art and nature.
