Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM

Luogo molto rilassante e silenzioso fra bei colli toscani, situato in posizione ideale per raggiungere molti centri minori interessantissimi nonché le città più importanti della Toscana. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Colazioni ricche e variegate. Il gestore, molto professionale, è pronto a fornire informazioni e consigli per un turismo di luoghi e di gastronomia. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Il B&B è molto grazioso, in una frazione leggermente fuori Limite da cui si gode di un bel panorama. Alessandro è un ottimo gestore e ci ha consigliato molto bene cosa vedere nei dintorni. Ottima colazione!

PRO Alessandro è stato molto cordiale. Ci ha permesso di parcheggiare le moto in una zona coperta, e la comunicazione con lui è stata super semplice. La colazione, richiesta in anticipo per questioni organizzative, è stata ottima ed abbondante, servita su dei tavolini all'esterno. La piscina piccola ma perfettamente utile al relax atteso. Inoltre sono presenti due lettini+ombrellone riservati ad ogni camera della struttura. In camera è presente anche una sorta di manuale con consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare in zona. Inoltre in camera erano presenti asciugamani per la doccia, e telo mare + accappatoio per la piscina, tutti incelofanati singolarmente. CONS Il letto matrimoniale è composto (come spesso accade) da due singoli, quindi meno comodo. La TV in camera, per quanto non indispensabile, davvero piccola (probabilmente un 14"). La rete WiFi piuttosto lenta, ma a meno di non doverla usare per lavoro, è funzionale all'uso di WhatsApp e simili.

Ho preso atto dei tuoi consigli e abbiamo cambiato tutti i materassi mettendo anche il topper per dare ancora più comfort ai nostri letti, inoltre abbiamo migliorato la linea wifi e cambiato tutte le televisioni mettendo smart tv a 32 pollici. Struttura davvero impeccabile, camera pulita e piena di ogni comfort e con un bellissimo panorama. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, parcheggio disponibile sia internamente che esternamente. Alessandro super gentile e disponibilissimo, davvero super consigliato!
