Very well-kept and clean facility. The manager is very kind. Breakfast, in my opinion, needs improvement. Overall, I was satisfied. I would recommend it.

We had a very good time. The place is very nice and well-kept, with many plants and a beautiful garden. The managers are very kind and generous. Excellent homemade cakes in the morning. Well-kept and clean room.

Very welcoming and kind hosts, helpful and attentive. The room with private bathroom impeccable, clean in every corner. Outside a small veranda where they brought us breakfast every morning, excellent. Surrounded by nature, it was still cool. Beautiful view. Well-maintained.

Poor breakfast. The property's justification was that due to post Covid it was not possible to provide non-industrial food.

Excellent location, halfway between Capalbio and the sea, peaceful environment surrounded by greenery. Small room but large, clean and comfortable bathroom. Excellent breakfast, very kind hosts. We will definitely come back.

Structure immersed in the greenery a few minutes drive from the sea and from Capalbio. Excellent solution for a weekend at the sea. Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh fruit.
