Surrounded by the greenery and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, La Magnifica B&B invites guests into a genuine and family-friendly atmosphere, the result of a careful renovation that honors the local style. The estate spans sixty hectares and includes not only the bed and breakfast but also two holiday homes and a breeding program for Hannover show-jumping horses, lovingly managed by the owners.

The establishment features three spacious and bright rooms, each with a private bathroom and thoughtfully decorated, where every detail reflects a love for hospitality and the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside, relax in the dedicated green space, or explore the estate with walks along the paths and stables, experiencing an authentic connection with nature. Four-legged friends are also welcome, regardless of their size or breed.

Every morning, from 8:00 to 10:00, a hearty breakfast is served in the ground-floor lounge, featuring homemade pastries, croissants, bread, cheeses, cold cuts, coffee, tea, and cappuccinos to start the day off right. Thanks to the estate's strategic location, guests can easily reach some of the most captivating art cities in Tuscany, such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra, as well as the beautiful coastline.

The surrounding area is dotted with medieval villages, castles, and rolling landscapes that offer unforgettable views in every season. Places like Fauglia, Lari, Vicopisano, Bolgheri, and Casciana Terme invite visitors to discover authentic flavors, relaxing atmospheres, and enriching cultural moments. The region is also ideal for golf enthusiasts, with facilities like Cosmopolitan Golf and Golf Tirrenia nearby.

Paola and her family live on the estate and are delighted to welcome guests as if they were at home, always ready to recommend itineraries, restaurants, and activities for a complete experience in Tuscany. The establishment is closed from mid-October until Easter.
