The accommodations are limited to just three rooms, each thoughtfully decorated and featuring distinct atmospheres: a suite with a fireplace and a vintage bathtub overlooking the hills, and two cozy, bright rooms furnished with simplicity and style. Staying at Le Chiome means drifting off to sleep in the tranquility of the countryside and waking up to the aromas of freshly brewed coffee and homemade cakes.

The dining experience encourages a slow pace. While there isn't a restaurant open at all times, there are dinner reservations available on weekends, designed to highlight the bounty of the land. Homemade bread, artisanal preserves, freshly picked vegetables, fragrant desserts, and herbal infusions all contribute to a genuine, seasonal sense of togetherness. The ambiance resembles a lived-in home, with a few tables and a lot of attention to detail.

In addition to its hospitality, Le Chiome also functions as a working farm and educational center. The olive oil produced from hand-cultivated olives, honey from the family’s bees, herbal drinks, and garden vegetables are the result of constant and passionate care. The animals are not just mere inhabitants; they are family members: donkeys, sheep, goats, dogs, and a small pony coexist harmoniously, becoming part of the experiences offered to children as well. The educational activities are designed to help reconnect with nature, providing moments of discovery, play, and real engagement with rural life.

Situated on the slopes of the Monti Pisani, Le Chiome allows for a perfect blend of relaxation and wonderful hikes through forests and historic villages. Vicopisano, Calci, and the San Giuliano thermal baths are just a few kilometers away, while Pisa, Lucca, and Livorno are easily accessible. The coast is also a short distance away for those wishing to take a dip in the Tuscan sea.
