Description
On the hills north of Fiesole and Florence (only 7 kms away from either) lies the old, characteristic farmhouse, utterly restored, surrounded by the olive groves of our farm in a scenic, quiet area.

Its flats, all carefully furnished, have got double bedrooms with bathrooms, cooking commodities, living rooms and outdoor spaces;
the swimming pool is just behind the adjoining barn, is open from may to september.

It is possible to havethe restaurant where it will be possibile to tast typical food of our land.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax

Great place to relax and tour the countryside of Firenze. Very easy access to the city via train - one can park at the station for free, ride for 8 minutes 2 euro to the city. as for the Place itself, great dinner and i guess breakfast would be as good.

L'agriturismo Montereggi è un posto meraviglioso. La gestione è molto accogliente e fa di tutto per farci sentire bene in tutto e per tutto. Gli appartamenti sono belli e curati nei minimi dettagli, oltre ad essere ben puliti. Il tutto è condito con un ambiente esterno ben tenuto, la cura si vede ogni giorno. Anche il ristorante è di alta qualità. Noi diamo all'agriturismo Montereggi un bel 10. Grazie.

Siamo stati molto bene, gestori cordiali e gentili, casa molto bella ben arredata con mobili antichi, quadri, lampade di gusto, il loro ristorante è molto buono. Alcune cose da migliorare: - appendini negli armadi - frigo troppo rumoroso - migliorare le pulizie.

Posto molto bello, titolari e personale affabili, cibo del ristorante molto buono, in questo periodo hanno il frantoio che produce olio molto buono, da assaporare. Mi sa che in primavera sia il massimo della godibilità.

Immerso nel verde e in zona super tranquilla, pulito, titolari gentilissimi, appena fuori Firenze ma a 2 minuti di macchina c'è la fermata del treno e si può raggiungere il centro in 15 minuti. Annesso alla struttura c'è il ristorante/agriturismo dove si mangia benissimo (non sempre aperto), colazione abbondante. Molto soddisfatta.
