Nestled among the Tuscan hills, between Chianti and Valdarno, Podere La Casellina welcomes guests into an authentic and homely environment. The property, surrounded by forests of chestnut trees, oaks, cypress trees, and olive groves, overlooks a valley with views of Pratomagno and the church of San Piero a Terreno. Here, the countryside is still cultivated using traditional methods, respecting the rhythm of the seasons, and the family produces wine and extra virgin olive oil following age-old practices.

The establishment features three spacious rooms, converted from an old barn, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Breakfast and meals, served in the farmhouse, are made with ingredients sourced from the estate: fresh eggs, homemade jams and pastries, seasonal vegetables, and their own olive oil and wine.

Guests can participate in grape harvesting or olive picking, as well as foraging for mushrooms, chestnuts, and fruits. They can also enjoy walks among the vineyards and olive groves, outdoor picnics, or trekking on foot, by bike, or on horseback along the woodland trails. Cooking classes in traditional Tuscan cuisine and tastings of the estate's products can be arranged upon request.

The location is perfect for visiting Florence, just 18 km away, and reaching other art cities like Siena, Arezzo, and San Gimignano in under an hour. It is a place where time moves slowly, and the peasant traditions are still lived today, in a warm and genuine atmosphere.
