The stone farmhouse, built in the traditional Tuscan style, stands amidst a vast hilly area where nature and its rhythms dominate the landscape.

The culinary offerings highlight local recipes, creatively reinterpreted and based on genuine ingredients sourced from the region. Breakfast is served in the indoor dining area or, on milder days, under the spacious porch in the garden, creating a relaxed atmosphere that encourages conversation and sharing tips for planning the day ahead.

Guests can enjoy coffee, tea, milk, and juices, accompanied by local specialties such as Tuscan ciambellone, “sciapo” bread from the Roccalbegna bakery, and jams made from fruit grown on the estate. The milk and butter are sourced from the Allevatori della Maremma Consortium, and fresh fruit from the orchard is added whenever possible.

Special care is taken for guests with intolerances or specific dietary needs, for whom dedicated alternatives are prepared, even during dinner.

The restaurant at the agriturismo welcomes guests in a warm and inviting dining room, featuring large windows that open up to the park and the Tuscan hills, providing a serene and beautiful backdrop for every meal. We are a large family with a deep love for the countryside. We have a strong appreciation for nature and animals, and we enjoy our landscape in all its beautiful seasons. We are enthusiastic about sports, and here you can engage in a variety of activities, ranging from mountain hiking and trekking to water sports, which include the sea, rivers, and lakes, as well as equestrian activities. Our passion for good food drives us to gather traditional recipes, reinterpreting them while keeping the culinary traditions of our region alive. For our guests, we prepare fresh bread, focaccia, desserts, and homemade pasta. We have a large outdoor Maremma oven, a barbecue, and a cozy porch where we can share meals together during the pleasant season. We are here to advise our guests on what to explore, including museums, art, nature, gastronomy, wine, and local culture, helping them discover and appreciate this charming area of Tuscany.

Agriturismo Podere Le Serre is located in the heart of Tuscany, nestled among the gentle hills of Maremma and positioned favorably inland. Its location is ideal for easily accessing the stunning beaches of Giannella, Marina di Grosseto, Principina a Mare, and Castiglione della Pescaia. Additionally, the charming coastal towns of Orbetello, Porto Santo Stefano, Talamone, and Porto Ercole enhance the area's tourist offerings.

Just a short distance away are the forests and meadows of Monte Amiata, a perfect destination for nature lovers, where skiing is possible in the winter (the "Mountain," as we call it, reaches an altitude of 1,738 meters). In only 30 minutes, one can immerse themselves in the tranquility and coolness of the mountains, engage in trekking, and enjoy long walks and excursions.

Furthermore, approximately 20 kilometers away are the world-famous Terme di Saturnia, ideal for a wellness retreat. Here, visitors can also discover the picturesque Gorello and Mulino waterfalls, set in a stunning natural landscape.

Val d'Orcia, home to gems like Montalcino and Pienza—designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site—is just an hour's drive away, while the quaint medieval villages of Santa Fiora, Piancastagnaio, and Abbadia San Salvatore surround the Amiata region.

Nearby, you can also find the Bosco dei Rocconi, a WWF Oasis, the Faunal Park, and the Rocchette di Fazio Nature Reserve. The historic cities of Siena and Florence are easily accessible, being about an hour and an hour and a half away, respectively.
