The residence comprises six ground-floor apartments, each with independent entrance and private fenced garden. The two-room apartments, covering 55 square meters, can accommodate up to four guests and feature a living area with kitchenette, one double bedroom, storage room, bathroom, and a furnished porch of about 15 square meters. The three-room apartments, spanning 70 square meters, are suitable for six guests and include a living area with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom, and a furnished porch. All apartments come equipped with air conditioning, heating, television, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishes, and cookware, hairdryer, and complete linens.
Among the available services are a spacious parking area, mountain bikes for guests, an outdoor barbecue for enjoyable grilling sessions, and child-friendly amenities such as a camping cot and high chair. New for 2023, a two-person infrared sauna will soon be available to provide guests with an additional relaxation option.
