The Residence Podere San Giuseppe is a family-run establishment located in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, just a short distance from the sea and the center of San Vincenzo. It is perfect for families with children, featuring spacious green areas, a playground, table tennis, five-a-side football, and a shallow swimming pool that is ideal for younger kids. Those interested in learning to swim can take classes with a professional instructor.

Just a five-minute drive away is the Rimigliano Park, which boasts free beaches with crystal-clear waters, a equipped pine forest with cycling and walking paths, as well as refreshment spots. San Vincenzo, a well-known tourist destination, offers numerous activities for children and hosts events throughout the spring and summer seasons. Additionally, its strategic location makes it an excellent starting point for visiting artistic cities like Florence, Pisa, and Siena.

The tourist complex, which once belonged to the Counts of Gherardesca, features Tuscan-style apartments ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom units, all furnished in rustic decor and equipped with modern comforts. Just a few minutes from the residence, you'll find some of the most enchanting beaches in Tuscany, set in a stunning natural environment. The Rimigliano Park features miles of golden sands bordered by crystal-clear waters, along with a vast pine forest equipped for relaxation and outdoor activities. Nearby, the Gulf of Baratti captivates with its turquoise bay and historically rich seabed, thanks to its proximity to the ancient Etruscan necropolis and the Acropolis of Populonia, one of the few Etruscan cities by the sea, where visitors can explore monumental tombs and archaeological remains surrounded by greenery.
