The Dream Residence is located in Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of the classic Chianti region and Tuscany, along the historic Chiantigiana road that connects Florence to Siena. This ancient farmhouse from the 1700s has been expertly renovated and still retains some unique original windows that were once used for drying hay. Inside, it provides all the modern comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The property overlooks gentle hills, offering a stunning view of the surrounding valley, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the region's beauty. Thanks to its strategic location, it is easy to visit art cities such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, and Pienza, as well as discover lesser-known routes that the hosts, who live on-site, are happy to recommend to make every vacation special.

Accommodations include double rooms furnished in typical Tuscan style, each with a private entrance, bathroom, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, small refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, and coffee corner. The apartments, suitable for two or three people, come with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, offering the same comforts as the rooms. Particularly spacious and bright is the Cabernet-Sauvignon apartment, featuring two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a private terrace near the pool, which is open from April to October and accessible for daily use by reservation. The romantic two-level suite, with its serene stone staircase, includes a four-poster bed and a bathroom with a tub and shower.

Breakfast is prepared with homemade products and includes bread, cakes, artisanal jams, typical cheeses and cold cuts served buffet-style, along with pastries, yogurt, and hot and cold beverages.
