The accommodation, adjacent to the main villa, spans two levels covering approximately 70 square meters and can accommodate up to six guests. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, utensils, and kettle. The interiors retain authentic elements of the farmhouse, such as brick vaults, materials salvaged during the renovation, a stone sink, and various period furnishings that evoke Tuscan peasant life.

Upstairs, accessible via a wrought iron and solid wood staircase, there is a master bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bidet.
