Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 8 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €25.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €25.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Other notes

Payment must be made by bank transfer within 24 hours of booking.
The cleaning service will be every 3 days for stays longer than 4 nights.
The Residence does not have a reception, therefore it will notify us of the estimated time for check in at tel. +39 3332645650 with the clarification that for check-in after 18:00, if not otherwise agreed, a self-arrival will be done (no check-in)

Marvelous stay at Rocca Palazzaccio ! Super clean, super modern ! Very close to Firenze with the car or the bus but you are in the beautiful Toscane already. The view is amazing, very pleasant location! The swimming pool was nice as well. We would not hesitate to come back!

Très belle prestation. confortable, propre, rien a redire. Tout etait parfait: le logement comme les parties communes (patio, piscine). Tout était parfait.

Ho usufruito di una super offerta last-minute e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. L'appartamento era ben fornito e molto pulito. Gestore e personale super disponibili per ogni richiesta. Inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il necessario per poter effettuare la colazione il giorno seguente.
