The villa, dating back to the early 1900s, has been renovated by expanding the old farmhouse and now welcomes guests in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Located in the province of Livorno, in the municipality of Campiglia Marittima, it lies along the road that connects Venturina to Suvereto, at the foot of a hill.

Surrounded by a spacious park with ancient trees, it offers guests a whirlpool area for moments of pure relaxation. Its location is perfect for exploring the historical and natural attractions of the Val di Cornia, including the Gulf of Baratti, Populonia with its Etruscan necropolis, archaeological parks, the thermal pond of Calidario, and the charming villages of Campiglia, Suvereto, San Vincenzo, and Follonica.

The bright and comfortable rooms are located on the second floor and are named after the winds: Tramontana, Maestrale, Grecale, Scirocco, and Libeccio. They are equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, TV with digital terrestrial and satellite channels, a small refrigerator, and Wi-Fi connection. Grecale, Scirocco, and Libeccio overlook the front of the house, while Tramontana and Maestrale offer a view of the hill.

On the ground floor, you will find the reception, the breakfast room, and a cozy lounge available to guests, creating a family-friendly and relaxing environment for a stay focused on comfort and tranquility.
