Art, history, and architecture enthusiasts will find Colle di Val d'Elsa a charming, less crowded gem. Known as the “Bohemia of Italy” for its crystal-making tradition, the town boasts a well-preserved historic center divided into three distinct areas: the Borgo di Santa Caterina, the Castle, and the Piano.
