Nestled among the hills at the border of Umbria and Tuscany, Agriturismo Annamaria offers breathtaking views of Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding countryside. This family-run establishment provides a genuine welcome and a variety of independent apartments, each thoughtfully decorated to ensure comfort and ambiance.

The expansive enclosed park, filled with trees and flowers, features a scenic swimming pool, a children's play area, a barbecue, a small mini-soccer field, and a camping area. Guests can stroll among the ancient olive trees on the property and sample the extra virgin olive oil produced on-site.

Many historical and artistic sites of interest are easily accessible, allowing for exploration of the area's charm. Breakfast is available upon request, and the heating in the apartments operates independently, with costs based on usage.

Pets are allowed with prior agreement from the manager, provided that a few simple rules are followed to ensure the well-being of all guests. An additional fee for the final cleaning is also applicable.

Enjoy a breakfast and tasting experience featuring healthy and natural products from our company, including DOP Umbria extra virgin olive oil, artisanal jams, Trasimeno beans, and DOC “Colli del Trasimeno” wine. Our oil, produced and bottled on-site, is of high quality and 100% natural. The jams are made from fruit grown using natural methods, while the Trasimeno bean, a local legume, lends itself to various dishes. Both red and white wines are crafted from the finest grapes sourced from the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno. We frequently offer our guests fresh vegetables, eggs, and fruit from our own production.
