Just a few kilometers from Cascia and Norcia, Agriturismo Baldassari welcomes guests in Avendita, a small village in Valnerina surrounded by nature. Originating from a family-owned farm that has been operating for generations, it combines hospitality with rural tradition, featuring crops and livestock raised according to organic farming principles. Loris and Katia, along with their four children, warmly receive travelers, providing a family-oriented and authentic environment.

The farm produces spelt, wheat, lentils, chickpeas, roveja, beans, and cicerchia, as well as jams, saffron, truffles, and seasonal fresh vegetables. The restaurant's cured meats, pasta, and desserts are made with locally sourced ingredients, many of which come directly from their own fields and farms. The kitchen offers traditional appetizers, handmade pasta, selected meats, and light pizzas with long fermentation. The menu features the Baldassari Tasting, a complete sampling of Umbrian flavors including cured meats, cheeses, legumes, and truffles.

The main building houses spacious rooms inspired by the great masters of Italian painting, each equipped with a private bathroom, LCD TV, and some with a balcony or patio. A few meters away, the Baldassari B&B provides additional rooms with the same amenities and a communal lounge. The wooden furnishings and terracotta floors create a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by reproductions of famous artworks.

Every morning, breakfast includes homemade pastries and jams from the farm, with options for savory variations available upon request. The restaurant and pizzeria are open to external guests as well, featuring spaces suitable for ceremonies, banquets, and conferences. Avendita is a quaint village located in the Valnerina region, one of the most genuine and picturesque areas of Umbria, renowned for its mountainous landscapes, lush forests, and cultivated fields that change hues with the seasons. Its location, just 5 km from Cascia and 10 km from Norcia, allows easy access to two of the region's most beloved destinations in just a few minutes.
