Paradiso41 is located in Umbria, approximately 6 km from Assisi, in a place with an evocative and meaningful name: Paradise. Nestled in nature at an altitude of 650 meters, the facility overlooks a valley that opens to the north of the Monte Subasio Park, a beloved site of Saint Francis, and offers a panoramic view of the Umbro-Marche Apennines. The agriturismo is part of an organic farm that has been cultivating grains and legumes using natural methods for over thirty years. Ancient grains, spelt, chickpeas, and lentils are processed into flour using a stone mill and are slowly crafted into authentic and flavorful pasta. Living and working in this place arises from the desire to reconnect with the genuine rhythms of the land, balancing hospitality, sustainability, and simple living.

Guests can stay in ten double and triple rooms or in a self-contained apartment. My name is Maya, and I come from this charming place, where 13 years ago I established a farm stay after completing renovation work. Our facility also operates as a farm that grows organic grains and fresh vegetables, which are essential ingredients in our cooking.
