The Rustichino farmhouse, located in Giano dell'Umbria, is the ideal destination for those who appreciate the tranquility of the countryside while also wanting to explore the most significant art cities of Umbria, such as Perugia, Spoleto, Terni, Todi, Orvieto, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Gubbio, and others.

This late 19th-century farmhouse, surrounded by 12 hectares of land and restored in the traditional Umbrian rural architectural style, features two apartments (each with a kitchen-living area, double bedroom, and bathroom) as well as a double room with a private bathroom and independent entrance.

One of the apartments is designed to accommodate guests with disabilities.

All accommodations are equipped with independent heating and private entrances.

Guests can enjoy ample parking, a garage for motorcycles and cars, landscaped green areas, a bocce court, a barbecue area, and bicycles for excursions.

Area Campagna

The Agriturismo Rustichino is situated in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, just a short distance from Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco, and Spoleto.

Due to its central location in Umbria, it serves as the perfect starting point for day trips that will allow you to explore all the main tourist attractions in the region.

* If you are coming from the north, take the Valdichiana exit from the A1 motorway towards Perugia-Deruta, then exit at Ripabianca. Head towards Bastardo and continue towards Spoleto; after 3.5 kilometers, turn right just after a gas station.

* If you are coming from the south, take the Orte exit from the A1 motorway towards Perugia and exit at Massa Martana. Arrive in Bastardo and continue towards Spoleto; after 3.5 kilometers, take a right turn after a gas station.
