We spent a great night at B&B Fontanabella. It is located in a very quiet, wooded area near Perugia. The room was very clean. We thank the owner for their warm welcome and the lovely breakfast. Hopefully we can go back there.

We stayed only one night, and it felt like we had been there before. The owners introduced themselves, very welcoming and kind. A thank you to Mr. Cesare for his courtesy and friendliness (for acting as our guide, thank you). Very beautiful and clean property, we were satisfied.

The welcome was excellent and I found a lot of availability. Large and quiet room. The property is located on the outskirts of Perugia and a car is necessary, but you can easily reach the minimetrò.

We were guests at B&B Fontanabella on 09/08/23. The owners, with extreme kindness and courtesy, indicated a fantastic place for us to dine, accompanied us to see Perugia from above, and on the day of departure, escorted us to the parking lot where the escalators to visit the city were located. The structure is very beautiful, elegantly furnished, complete with everything, as is the bathroom. The cleanliness of the structure (room, bathroom, corridors) is top-notch. Abundant breakfast full of every delicacy. When I return to Umbria, it will definitely be my point of reference.

It's like being at home. Located in a strategic place for various movements and the proximity to the Città della Domenica park, relaxing, top cleanliness. The breakfast maybe something more like croissants or other cakes but Mrs. Graziella's tart we will keep it in our hearts. Mr. Cesare is a kind, caring, welcoming person. We were only sorry to have stayed for one night because this B&B deserves to be experienced, and especially because of the hosts. Thank you Mr. Cesare and Mrs. Graziella, we will be happy to be your guests again soon.

B&B perfetto per visitare la Città della Domenica, ma anche per visitare Perugia. Immerso nel verde, silenzioso. Ideale per famiglie ma anche per comitive di amici. Il Sg. Cesare è un padrone di casa come mai incontrato prima, gentilezza e disponibilità ai massimi livelli. Cercherò sicuramente un'altra occasione per soggiornare in questo B&B.

Ambiente accogliente a conduzione familiare, ottima posizione per chi volesse visitare il parco la city della domenica praticamente al confine con la struttura. Vicinissimo al centro di Perugia. Proprietari eccezionali e disponibilissimi. Insomma scelta giusta.

Gli ospiti sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La camera e il bagno erano pulitissimi e forniti di tutto punto. Il B&B è un po' fuori mano rispetto al centro ma, in compenso, è in una zona molto tranquilla immersa nel verde. Vera chicca il bacio perugina trovato sugli asciugamani e la bottiglia d'acqua fresca offerta al mio arrivo. Se ce ne fosse l'occasione ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

È fuori mano, in mezzo a tanto verde. Sono stato accolto da due cani ed il loro padrone e nessuno di loro mi ha morsicato. Piccolo posteggio privato, possibilità di libera entrata e uscita, bagno funzionale, mobili vecchi (ma chi se ne importa), piccola tv distante dal letto. Punto debole il materasso per me troppo duro e tecnologicamente datato; punti forti il gestore e il verde circostante.

La ringrazio per la sua recezione, le critiche servono sempre purchè costruttive. A parte la battuta poco felice sul fatto che il proprietario non morde. La nostra posizione, il nostro giardino dove è possibile parcheggiare fino a 7 vetture sono ben chiari nel nostro sito comprensivo di foto, come è ben visibile anche l'arredamento che abbiamo. Quindi se non era di suo gradimento era libero di scegliere diversamente. Per quanto riguarda il materasso, mi dispiace che non abbia riposato bene, ma è un comune materasso acquistato due mesi fa che certamente non pretende di avere proprietà ortopediche adatte a particolari esigenze fisiche. B&B situato tra le colline della città di Perugia e immerso nel verde dove si può respirare aria pulita. Il signor Cesare che gestisce la struttura è una persona cordiale e molto molto gentile. Il B&B è tenuto in maniera impeccabile e sopratutto molto pulito. Consigliato per tutti.

Struttura conforme alla descrizione. La vicinanza alla città della domenica è molto comoda per un fine settimana con i bambini. Il gestore è stato molto attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e disponibile.

Il B&B Fontanabella si trova in una zona immersa nella natura Perugina, a due passi dalla città della Domenica e alla fermata del MiniMetrò. Le camere sono spaziose e molto confortevoli, con Tv, collegamento internet, bagno, biancheria. Pulizia impeccabile. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza unica, cioccolatini sul letto e bottigliette d'acqua per la notte. La colazione è ottima e le torte preparate dalla signora Graziella sono speciali. Il Signor Cesare è un impeccabile gestore, disponibile è dire poco. Insomma B&B consigliatissimo, tutto il calore dell'Umbria in una stanza.
