Description
Nestled in the greenery of the Perugia hills, the B&B provides a relaxing stay in a homely atmosphere, ensuring independence and peace. The establishment is surrounded by a park with an oak forest and is located in a villa on the first floor, just a short walk from the Città della Domenica playground. The mini-metro station, which offers quick access to the historic center, is only five minutes away, as is the University, the Enrico Fermi Institute, and the Silvestrini Hospital. Within a 20-minute drive, you can reach beautiful Umbrian towns like Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, and Città della Pieve, as well as Lake Trasimeno with its charming islands.

The property features three cozy rooms: two double rooms that can be converted into triple or quadruple accommodations, and one single room that can be changed into a double. Each room is furnished with a wardrobe, table, nightstands, and linens, and two of them have private terraces. The bathrooms, located within the rooms, are equipped with hairdryers, towels, and complimentary toiletries; one has a shower and bathtub, while the other has only a shower.

Guests can enjoy a breakfast room furnished with antique furniture and access to a spacious terrace, as well as a porch where they can relax with a good book. A kitchen is also available for use. To facilitate transportation, a transfer service to and from San Egidio Airport, the train station, and the bus station is provided. Pets are welcome.
