It is located on the border between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany at about 600 meters above sea level. Starting point for various places of tourist, naturalistic or historical interest, such as Orvieto, Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio, Pitigliano.. Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We stayed there due to the proximity to the family we were visiting and felt right at home. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Patrizia and Luca are great hosts. I would come back without hesitation.
