The B&B Le Rose welcomes guests in two double rooms, each featuring its own private bathroom. The spaces, decorated in traditional Umbrian style, include a wardrobe, bedside tables, a table with a chair, a 26-inch LED TV, and Wi-Fi access. The bathrooms, in keeping with the local aesthetic, are equipped with hairdryers, soap, and fresh linens, ensuring both comfort and functionality.

Each room has an independent entrance through French doors, allowing guests to freely enjoy the surrounding landscape. Daily cleaning is provided, and towels are changed before each new stay, as well as midweek for those staying five or seven days.

Additionally, there is a breakfast room where guests can start their day in peace, along with a kitchen available for their use, fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. This offers an opportunity to prepare lunches and dinners in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, embracing the true spirit of bed and breakfasts.

The limited number of rooms ensures a tranquil stay, immersed in the serenity and beauty of Umbria, providing an authentic experience in the green heart of Italy.

Breakfast is served in a designated room, featuring a wide selection of hot and cold beverages, including espresso coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, herbal infusions, and fruit juices. Each morning, guests can enjoy a variety of sweet and savory Umbrian specialties, chosen according to the season.

During the autumn and winter months, offerings include bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, focaccia with raisins, walnut bread, almond tozzetti, rocciata, and must bread. In spring and summer, especially around Easter, guests can savor cheese cake with hard-boiled eggs and local cured meats, asparagus frittata, frappe, castagnole, sweet Easter cake, and doughnuts with raisins or chocolate.

Additionally, the menu features other local products such as truffles, honey, seasonal fruit picked directly from the trees, extra virgin olive oil, typical Umbrian wines, and craft beers. A gluten-free breakfast is also available upon request.
