Our B&B was established out of a desire to provide authentic hospitality in a family-like setting, where travelers can come together, share experiences, and explore not only the artistic wonders but also the hidden gems that make our region unique. Over the years, many guests have become true friends, and we maintain connections with them even after their stay.

The accommodation has been created from a part of our home and has been carefully renovated to ensure maximum comfort. We aimed to preserve our farming tradition by personally restoring the antique furnishings that enrich the spaces, thereby creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Mindful of sustainability, we have equipped the B&B with a photovoltaic system and a heat pump for heating and cooling, making it an eco-friendly choice. During the summer, our lush garden transforms into a gathering place where we share a nice glass of Umbrian wine or some local delicacies with our guests. The view of the city, just 4 km away, combined with the tranquility of the surrounding woods, offers moments of pure relaxation immersed in nature.

We are located just 4 kilometers from the historical center of Perugia, and from our windows, you can enjoy views of the ancient city walls. Additionally, within 5-6 kilometers, you'll find the expressway that provides easy access to the main attractions of Umbria, such as Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi, and Orvieto. We are also close to the airport, making your visit even more convenient and enjoyable.
