Surrounded by a spacious and well-maintained garden, it provides a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding in nature. The property is easily accessible by both car and train and is strategically located just minutes from the historic center of Foligno, as well as close to renowned Umbrian destinations like Assisi, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Trevi, and Spoleto.

Guests can start their day with a hearty breakfast served in a kitchen exclusively for their use, featuring high-quality Italian products and a selection of local specialties. Elisa House is committed to sustainability: hot water is supplied by solar panels, and electricity is generated through a photovoltaic system. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area, along with nature trails ideal for jogging.

The B&B provides a complimentary transfer service to and from the Foligno train station and the Gonzaga barracks, which is only 2 km away. Transfers to the Palazzetto dello Sport, located 900 meters from the property, can also be arranged upon request. Its position is ideal for quickly visiting some of Umbria's treasures: Assisi (18 km), Montefalco (8 km), Bevagna (7 km), Spello (8 km), Trevi (10 km), Spoleto (25 km), and other charming places that can be reached within 40-60 minutes.
