The bed and breakfast is an ancient farmhouse nestled in the Umbrian hills, making it a perfect spot for those seeking peace and connection with nature. The property retains the genuine charm of Umbrian farmhouses with its stone walls and is spread over two levels: Nicola and Eleonora live on the ground floor, while the guest rooms are located upstairs, accessible via an external staircase or an elevator.

From the windows, there is a captivating view of the Ventia valley, stretching all the way to the Tiber River and the historic village of Civitella, with the towers of Perugia in the background. A short distance away are some of Umbria's most beautiful medieval towns, including Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, and Todi, all easily reachable by car.

Nature and sports enthusiasts can explore the CAI trails for walks and hikes, navigate the area on mountain bikes, or participate in activities at the Educational Farm. Nature trails and donkey trekking are available. For relaxation, the garden is equipped with loungers and areas dedicated to rest, while a heated swimming pool and a river water pool are just five kilometers away.

The rooms, cozy and decorated in Umbrian style, provide a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The Betulla room, available as a double or twin, boasts a lovely view of the garden and valley. The Noce room, a double, is furnished with national walnut furniture. The Ulivo room is designed for a single guest but can accommodate a second bed upon request. Each room has a private bathroom with an exclusive shower.

Breakfast, served in the dining room or outdoors, is a special occasion, offering a wide selection of sweet and savory items: coffee, cappuccino, tea, juices, yogurt, jams, butter, fresh bread, pastries, and upon request, cheeses, cold cuts, or scrambled eggs. Lactose-free products are also available.

Guests have access to internal parking, Wi-Fi, a garden with tables and chairs, a classroom, and the opportunity to engage in farm activities. Linens are changed every three days, ensuring maximum comfort.
