The accommodations are located in two separate buildings and are decorated in a rustic style featuring terracotta floors and wooden furniture, each equipped with a private bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, fan, and heating. Some rooms are also accessible for individuals with disabilities. The property is environmentally conscious, utilizing a photovoltaic system with storage to provide sustainable hospitality. Services include a 24-hour reception, electric car charging stations, and family rooms.

The family-run establishment ensures a warm welcome and homemade cuisine, meticulously prepared by Mama Nunzia. Guests can enjoy traditional Umbrian dishes such as torta al testo, legume soups, fresh pasta, and local meats. The history of the agriturismo is intertwined with that of the Fortini family, who have been present in the area for six generations. Today, the farm, converted to organic in 2005, includes olive groves, a flock of Suffolk sheep, and a shop where visitors can purchase local products. Since 2020, a teaching farm has also been active, offering workshops focused on discovering rural life, beekeeping, gardening, and traditional cooking. Activities designed for children and adults are conducted in schools or during daily visits to the agriturismo.
