The Il Poggio delle Ginestre Holiday House is situated in a stunning panoramic location on the Umbrian hills, surrounded by woods and olive groves that provide tranquility and authentic scenery. From here, one can gaze upon Torgiano, a medieval village famous for its wine and olive oil, recognized as a key stop on the Wine Road of the Cantico and among the most beautiful in Italy. Its proximity to Assisi and Perugia, both just 15 km away, makes the farmhouse an ideal base for exploring the artistic cities and landscapes of the region while still enjoying the peace of the countryside.

The estate spans approximately 30 hectares and features six independent apartments, each furnished with exposed beams and rustic furniture that reflect Umbrian tradition. Each unit is named after a flower and offers cozy spaces equipped with a kitchen, linens, heating, and private outdoor areas, with the option to request a ready-made dinner in the apartment or have groceries available upon arrival.

Guests can share a large garden that includes a barbecue area, outdoor tables, and a swimming pool with a panoramic sun terrace, perfect for relaxing on warmer days. There are also play areas for children and amenities that make the stay enjoyable for families, couples, or small groups. Pets are welcome for a small additional fee.
