The "SENTIERO di ARMENZANO" B&B welcomes whoever wants to sojourn in the Park of the Subasio Mountain, near Assisi, in an absorbed farm in protected environment among the Franciscan paths. The B&B is a family management activity and our agriturismo it allows to appreciate that type of simple and cordial hospitality, characteristic of the country tradition of Umbria. From our farm it is possible to reach all the surrounding medieval suburbs easily, as well as the artistic city of Umbria and to make interesting excursions at the same time. The guests will lodge in 3 rooms with 3 disposition services; included in the price there will be the administration of an abundant breakfast with typical umbrian products to taste either inside the house in an ample saloon with fireplace, or to the outside in the "threshing floor" paved furnished of barbecue and tables.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 14 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 15% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 13 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 50% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Delightful bed and breakfast, spectacular location, immersed in nature and silence. Exquisite hospitality, abundant breakfast with very fresh products, some homemade. A bit tricky to reach the first time, but the difficulty is overcome by the precise directions of the hostess. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

Sono stato qui con la famiglia, mi sono trovato benissimo. Il B&B si trova a 8 km da Assisi, posto tranquillissimo e la titolare è gentilissima. Locale molto pulito, ci tornerei.

Armenzano is a village of medieval origin within the Mount Subasio Park in the town of Assisi. It was a very loved by St. Francis, where the monk used to go often in prayer.
