It features a recently constructed farmhouse with five apartments, an outdoor swimming pool, and a 10,000 square meter park, providing a stay focused on relaxation and nature, while still being close to the historical and cultural attractions of the region.

Perfect for families and groups of friends, the property offers a well-equipped pool, a relaxation area with a gazebo, a children's playground, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor furniture, including benches and tables, to enjoy moments of togetherness surrounded by greenery.
