In the green heart of Umbria, just minutes from Perugia, the B&B Terrazza fio…Rita welcomes guests in an intimate and family-oriented setting, meticulously cared for by Rita and Mauro. After falling in love with Ripa, the owners transformed this charming spot into a haven for relaxation and hospitality, where every detail reflects their affection for the area and their joy in meeting travelers from around the globe.

The three available rooms are spacious and comfortable, designed to cater to the needs of families, couples, and friends. The Suite Erica, perfect for a romantic getaway or family stay, features a four-poster bed, a double sofa bed, a crib, and a small area equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. The Margherita Room, also accommodating four guests, is located on the second floor and provides ample space for those traveling with children. The Rosa Room is ideal for those who prefer separate beds or a configurable double bed.

All accommodations include air conditioning, heating, a TV, a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is available, although the signal may be affected in some areas due to the ancient castle walls. Room cleaning occurs every other day, with linen changes every three days for bathrooms and every seven days for beds.

Every morning, from 8 to 9, guests can start their day with a buffet breakfast, served on the panoramic terrace or in the main kitchens in case of bad weather. Pets are also welcome for a small additional fee for final cleaning, and they can access the breakfast area with prior agreement from other guests.

The B&B's location is perfect for exploring some of Umbria's most beautiful cities, such as Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Montefalco, Deruta, Norcia, and Spoleto, as well as Lake Trasimeno and the Marmore Falls. The village of Ripa hosts numerous events and historical reenactments throughout the year, such as the living nativity scene, the Palio Arnense, and the Truffle Festival, giving guests the chance to experience authentic local traditions.
