The bed and breakfast "Lavender and Rosemary" is set in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by ancient olive trees and bushes of lavender and rosemary, just a short walk from the historic center. Here, where our grandparents once lived, the harmony with nature and the scents of the land intertwine with childhood memories, creating an authentic and relaxing atmosphere.

The property is a newly built villa that maintains a connection to tradition, offering well-kept and welcoming spaces. The rooms, all double with private bathrooms and air conditioning, are inspired by the colors of the surrounding nature: the silvery green of the olive trees, the shades of roses, the yellow of broom, and the deep purple of lavender. Every detail is designed to ensure comfort and well-being in a setting of peace and beauty.

The day begins with a generous homemade breakfast featuring pastries and artisanal jams, served in the bright dining room or under the panoramic porch overlooking the Umbrian valley. Its strategic location allows guests to alternate between relaxation and walks in the countryside or in the nearby historic center, as well as easily reach the main attractions of the region. For cycling enthusiasts, guided excursions on scenic routes are available.

Just a short distance away is the Church of San Damiano, a place of deep spirituality where St. Francis composed the Canticle of the Creatures and St. Clare founded the Order of the Poor Ladies. Even today, the silence and peace that envelop this corner of Umbria offer a unique and rejuvenating experience.

We would be delighted to welcome you and provide you with all the information needed to best explore our area, rich in nature, history, and traditions.
Rooms and Rates
We welcome you with a delightful breakfast that features the extraordinary cakes lovingly made by our mother, Carla.

Additionally, you can enjoy artisanal cookies, including the traditional Umbrian "tozzetti," fresh pastries, Nutella, homemade jams, butter, honey, yogurt, and a variety of cereals, all accompanied by many other treats.

To cater to every taste, we will prepare excellent espresso coffee, creamy cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea or herbal infusions, as well as fruit juices in various flavors, hot or cold milk, and chocolate milk for the little ones.

Upon request, we also offer savory options and products suitable for those with specific allergies or intolerances.
