Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Highly recommended! The structure is an old grandmother's house renovated and decorated with great care and taste in every detail. Abundant breakfast with local products and fruit from their production served in a beautiful, very fresh and delightful courtyard. A special mention for the welcome and hospitality of the managers Simona and Fabrizio always ready to advise us and with whom we had pleasant chats. A top-notch stay.

The owners are very kind, friendly, and available for any requests. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, is superb. Unfortunately, the room and the bathroom were a bit chilly even though the radiators were very hot.
