This charming rural settlement consists of three 18th-century farmhouses, expertly renovated to provide a comfortable stay. The rustic ambiance, meticulously attended to, combined with warm hospitality, makes this place perfect for those seeking authenticity and peace.

Our apartments and rooms, accommodating between 2 and 10 guests, come equipped with LCD TVs, independent heating, Wi-Fi, and fully equipped kitchens; some also feature air conditioning and private outdoor spaces.

To enhance our facilities, you will find a swimming pool, a five-a-side football field, a volleyball court, a barbecue area, and expansive well-maintained lawns where children can play safely.

The green paths, suitable for walking or cycling along the Tiber and within the estate, offer enchanting views, including "the pond," home to various animal species, both terrestrial and aquatic. Additionally, our Country House is eco-friendly, thanks to the two installed photovoltaic systems.

For cooking enthusiasts, our restaurant offers an à la carte menu and half-board service, featuring finely prepared dishes, many made with organic ingredients.

Located just 2 km from Deruta, renowned worldwide for its ceramics and museum, the Country House is also a short distance from significant historical centers such as Perugia, Assisi, and Todi.

From June to September, guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast at the bar located by the pool, surrounded by the shade of a cool porch. The service is available daily starting at 8:30 AM.
