The property features ten 50-square-meter two-room apartments that reflect the warm and inviting style of Umbrian country villas, complete with wooden beams, exposed terracotta tiles, private entrances, and outdoor spaces for dining al fresco. Each accommodation is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and shaded parking, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests.

The outdoor area invites relaxation: a well-maintained garden of 3,000 square meters with a manicured lawn and shaded gazebos, a turquoise swimming pool with a spa area and solarium, and a play area designed for children's enjoyment. During the summer months, the pool becomes the centerpiece of events featuring garden tastings and background music, where guests can savor local products and organic extra virgin olive oil, pressed just hours after harvesting from the olives surrounding the property.
