Il Signor Ivano e la Signora Giovanna, ci hanno fatto sentire come se ci conoscessimo da anni, anche se abbiamo soggiornato solamente per una notte. Posto tranquillo appena fuori dal centro di Foligno, ambiente pulito, ed una colazione come da descrizione, completa e abbondante. Da consigliare senza indugi.

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di aria condizionata. Colazione ottima, con torte e biscotti preparati in casa. Struttura curata, situata in zona tranquilla ma strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo molte mete turistiche umbre. Consigliato!

10 e lode a tutto. al gestore e alla moglie, alla stanza e al bagno, alla colazione abbondante e buonissima con dolci, cornetti, latte, caffè e cibo salato ecc (devi solo farcela a mangiare tutto), inoltre il parcheggio e la posizione comoda per visitare i bellissimi luoghi vicini.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante un breve viaggio in moto e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Un posto che sicuramente si distingue per la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari (ci hanno anche messo a disposizione il loro garage per parcheggiare le moto), pulitissimo, un'ottima colazione e un rapporto qualità/prezzo tra i migliori. Poco fuori dal centro in zona tranquilla. Se ci fosse anche la possibilità di raggiungere facilmente a piedi un ristorante per la cena, sarebbe quanto di meglio si possa chiedere ad un B&B.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 19 al 22 settembre e siamo stati magnificamente, messi perfettamente a nostro agio dai bravissimi gestori. Qualsiasi nostra richiesta è stata sempre puntualmente soddisfatta. La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort e si trova a pochissima distanza dal centro di Foligno utilizzando l'auto. Se qualcuno cerca un posto lontano dai rumori del traffico, da schiamazzi e quant'altro, questa struttura è l'ideale. Cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare i gentilissimi proprietari che ci hanno veramente fatto sentire come a casa.

Siamo stati ospiti per una settimana, accompagnando mia figlia alle selezioni per un concorso militare a Foligno. Abbiamo trovato due stanze pulitissime, curate e sopratutto un accoglienza attenta ma mai invadente. Colazione fantastica!La proprietaria prepara ogni giorno dei dolcetti diversi per colazione. La possibilità del utilizzo della cucina èun punto in più per scegliere questa struttura per un breve soggiorno o per una vacanzza più lunga. Grazie di tutto.

B&B scelto per il prezzo ottimo e l'ottima posizione se si vuole visitare la regione. Tempo massimo per raggiungere Gubbio e le cascate delle Marmore di circa un'ora. Camere pulite e con il bagno in camere. Colazione abbondante e servita a seconda delle esigenze degli ospiti. Proprietari disponibili a dare ogni tipo di informazioni e molto gentili. Our property is managed by Ms. Giovanna. Teaching diploma. After a period of employment with an electronic center, decided to be a housewife (it's an excellent cook and is writing a book on traditional Umbrian cuisine) and treat the animals backyard. She also enjoys work in the fields (olive grove, vineyard, vegetable garden). It 'also always engaged in social work helping out in the parish and to Caritas.
