Very good reception, perfect and clean room, quiet, very good breakfast with other guests including a memorable Canadian, laughs. I understand English, more difficult to respond, but with Elisabeth it was a good time and the address of the extra restaurant in Santa Maria; Santucci! I hope to come back here one day with the sun! The structure is very nice and well maintained by the two magnificent hosts. I say "hosts" because that's exactly what they do: with rare kindness and availability, they make you feel at home. The (sweet) breakfast is among the best I have ever encountered in my travels around Italy, and the cleanliness is excellent. In fact, it deserves a full score of 10, but, wanting to find the classic hair in the egg, we must recognize that being in the outskirts compared to the historic center of Assisi requires moving around by car. On the other hand, it is very convenient for visiting the surroundings because it is located a stone's throw from the most important roads, while staying away from traffic. The structure is highly recommended.

On the 18th and 19th of June, we stayed for two nights with my wife Marisa on the occasion of the lavender festival in the nearby town of Castelnuovo. We thank the owner, Mrs. Elisabetta, for the friendliness, availability, and excellent treatment received. Spacious, clean, beautiful room, well-kept garden, nice pool, excellent breakfast, just ask and Mrs. Elisabetta promptly made us feel at ease. No noise at night. To try and definitely come back. I have been a guest of the property several times and each time I have been able to notice with how much passion Elisabetta and Gianluca continue to manage a clean, beautiful and welcoming accommodation to the point that you would want to spend your day there, disregarding the reasons why you went to Umbria. Over the years, which never pass for Elisabetta as she is always beautiful and kind, these enterprising guys have always improved, devised and built structures designed to ensure guests a very, very nice stay. Breakfast, unlike when I was their guest for the first time and it was served in a local bar, today has become a reason for cordiality between guests and the managers themselves, tasting simple and genuine sweets prepared directly by them in the green of their garden, which is also beautiful and welcoming. Spending a few days in Umbria is certainly nice, it becomes wonderful staying with Elisabetta and Gianluca for everything you can ask for from an accommodation: location, cleanliness, value for money and everything else. A big hug to Elisabetta, Gianluca but above all to Tommaso and Alice, their two very cute little children.

Beautiful structure in the green heart of Umbria, a stone's throw from Assisi, also suitable for a short vacation; comfortable rooms furnished with taste (thanks to the owner) above all expectations; hospitality, courtesy, availability, and friendliness of the young owners are some of their qualities. Camera ampia e ben accessoriata, con finiture nuove, molto pulita, completa di cucina, nel seminterrato. A causa di ciò, un po' umida. Purtroppo, nella mia camera non c'è campo per il cellulare né wifi. La colazione secondo me è il punto più debole: le bevande sono servite dai gestori una per una, col contagocce, il the è solo precotto con zucchero e limone, non c'è pane ma dolci di supermercato; sarebbe migliorabile con un buffet. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Ho soggiornato qui per una notte con la mia compagna dopo aver percorso in bici la ciclabile Spoleto - Assisi. Uscendo dal percorso poco prima di arrivare ad Assisi, in 3 Km si arriva in questa struttura bella e molto curata, decisamente accogliente e pulita. Specchio della cortesia e della cordialità dei proprietari, Elisabetta e Gianluca. La colazione, servita in una gradevole veranda, ti tiene incollato alla sedia e non vorresti smettere mai. Ottima la comunicazione via mail. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 2 notti durante un lungo viaggio in moto. L'accoglienza è stata piacevolissima per la cordialità e la gentilezza espresse da Elisabetta e Gianluca, la camera grande, molto accogliente e pulitissima. Abbiamo chiesto un giorno aggiuntivo ed Elisabetta, non avendo disponibilità, ci ha trovato alloggio presso un'altra struttura. Grazie da Edo e Gloriana.

Siamo appena tornati a casa da un favoloso week end nella terra di San Francesco e Santa Chiara, felici, inoltre, di aver soggiornato in un B&B confortevole, accogliente e strategicamente vicino a tutti i posti più belli dell'Umbria. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo! Non parliamo poi delle meravigliose colazioni con molti tipi di torte fatte in casa. Che dire dei proprietari Elisabetta e Gianluca? Semplicemente straordinari che sembrava conoscere da sempre. Abbiamo trovato educazione, cortesia, accoglienza, disponibilità e amicizia, oltre quello che prevede la loro attività di B&B. Due persone vere che speriamo di rivedere presto. Grazie ancora e un grande abbraccio da Giovanni e Viviana.

Ottima accoglienza e ottima disponibilità dei proprietari: Gianluca ed Elisabetta. Buonissima la colazione, con ottimi dolci preparati con le abilissime mani della Signora Elisabetta. Posizione geografica centrale e comoda da raggiungere. Con mia moglie Anna, e una coppia di coniugi nostri amici, ci siamo ripromessi di ritornarci non appena possibile, anche perché abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prepararci delle ottime cene nella cucina super attrezzata. Peccato che il tempo è stato breve, ma nella sua limitatezza è stato un soggiorno delizioso con tutti i comfort e accoglienza perfetta. Elisabetta deliziosa e preparata, Gianluca accogliente e disponibile. Io e mio marito li ringraziamo anche perché ci siamo trovati bene, io personalmente in quanto erano abbattute tutte le barriere architettoniche per la mia posizione fisica quindi ancor di più accogliente e fantastica come struttura.
