Simply beautiful. I loved it. The location is almost heavenly. It's too bad I'm not coming in the summer to enjoy the pool and gazebos. The host is friendly and ready to meet any request. The apartment is lovely. Perugia is a discovery. Highly recommended.

We, two adults and a teenager, had a wonderful week at Villa Nuba Charming Apartments in July 2023. The villa is divided into well-equipped, beautifully maintained apartments, each with their own private entrance and outdoor sitting area and with access to the gorgeous salt water pool. Villa Nuba is located just outside the medieval city of Perugia within walking distance of the centre. Whilst a car is not necessary to stay there - frequent local buses and taxis are easily accessible if you are not able to make the journey on foot - there is plenty of parking and good access to the main routes to the wonderful nearby towns and villages; Assisi and Spello were our favourites. The city of Perugia is stunning with museums, galleries, cathedrals, restaurants and cafes and ideal for visitors of all ages and with varied interests. Giuseppe was such a generous host and offered a range of recommendations for places to visit and eat, including discounts, and was always available with any assistance and local knowledge we might need. Our stay coincided with the Umbria Jazz Festival, the largest in Europe, with concerts in the main stadium, on free stages in the city streets and in venues around the city. The atmosphere in the streets, filled with music, was a delightful experience. We would whole-heartedly recommend Villa Nuba and hope to return in future.

We spent a week at Villa Nuba in early July and had a wonderful time. Villa Nuba is a beautiful place to stay on the outskirts of the city, within easy walking distance of the centre of Perugia. The Villa is split into 3 apartments, each very private with their own entrance and outdoor space. We stayed in the Pinturicchio apartment (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and it was lovely and clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The apartment has a patio with outdoor furniture as well as a balcony with great views across the countryside. We all particularly loved the salt water pool which was fabulous. There are lots of gorgeous places to visit nearby including Assisi, Spello, Gubbio and Spoleto. Perugia itself is also fantastic. The annual Jazz Festival was on when we were there and the streets were filled with music. The cost of eating out was really reasonable and the food was excellent. Our Hosts Giuseppe and his young son were wonderful. The made us feel very welcome, were very helpful with tips on where to go and had arranged discounts for guests at local places etc. We’d love to return in the future to explore more of this beautiful part of the world. 100% recommended.

We first stayed at Villa Nuba sixteen years ago, and had such a wonderful time there that we always intended to return. We planned a visit in 2020, but Covid forced another delay. Giuseppe kindly gave us a voucher for our deposit, and in June of this year we finally made it back to Villa Nuba. Previously we stayed in the Pinturicchio apartment, which was perfect. This time we were in the Perugino apartment, which was every bit as good – comfortable, spacious and spotless. The location of the Villa Nuba is superb - very quiet and peaceful, but within a short walk of the heart of the city. On Giuseppe’s recommendation, we dropped in at the local café-pasticceria on our first morning, and liked it so much that we went back every day. Perugia is an extraordinarily beautiful city, and Villa Nuba is the ideal place to stay there. And Giuseppe is a great host – it was such a pleasure to see him again.

My wife and I stayed at Villa Nuba for a month in September. Giuseppe was a wonderful host, very attentive, always on hand if needed for advice and recommendations. The facilities are excellent, we couldn't fault it. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Two supermarkets are five minutes walk away. We did not hire a car for the entire month. The centre of Perugia is a fifteen minute walk. At the bottom of the road you can catch a bus to the railway station or main bus station from where the whole of Umbria is available to you. Much more relaxing than driving in Italy! We will certainly be returning. Ciao.

Nice appartment at Villa Nuba with a very nice swimmingpool in a quiet location but within walking distance from downtown Perugia - a charming city with lots of ambience and cosy restaurants. The kids appreciated the table tennis, and we even found a football court nearby. Friendly and helpful host. Upon arrival we were greeted with a basket of things for dinner and breakfast. Nice herbal garden and barbecue. I would definitely recommend Villa Nuba.

I stayed at Villa Nuba for one week in May 2022, with my husband and 18-month old son. It is the perfect place to stay with young kids: our son absolutely loved the playground, and was forever standing by the door asking to go there! We had lovely warm sunny weather but the apartment stayed really cool inside, and the playground is shady in the afternoon and evening so didn't get too warm either. A travel cot (which seemed very comfortable) and highchair were available, which helped to reduce the amount of stuff we needed to bring with us. We didn't have a car, which wasn't a problem: the walk into town would have been easy for me and my husband by ourselves, but with our son in a pushchair we found it easier to take the bus, which leaves at the end of the road, and is very frequent. There is a well-stocked shop just around the corner which has everything you need. Perugia is a beautiful city, with lots to see: we particularly enjoyed the Rocca Paolina and the Porta Sole (where we sat for a long time enjoying the views and a rest while our son slept in his pushchair). The steep narrow streets of Perugia are not that easy with a pushchair, but it is manageable and keeps you fit! We also took the bus to Gubbio one day, which was very easy, with a direct and scenic bus leaving from the end of the road. Giuseppe was the perfect host: he popped around most days to say hello and check everything was fine, but without ever being at all intrusive. All in all a highly recommended place to stay!

My husband and I had an amazing stay planned at the Villa Nuba from March 30 to April 4. Let me start out by saying that the views from the Pinturicchio apartment with the terrace are absolutely breath taking! The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Dishes, cookware, tea pots, coffee maker, etc. which made cooking breakfast or your main meal a breeze. The fireplace is a wonderful touch too. We were given a list of restaurants, a discount card for dining, and when we arrived, Giuseppe went through all the features of this gorgeous apartment right down to the hand painted frescos on the wall and stars that gently glow on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms when you turn the lights out. If you need anything Giuseppe is there on the spot to help you. And in my case, help me he did, he went above and beyond. On April 1 I had sniffles and sneezing, and thought uh oh…so I went with my husband to get tested at the local pharmacy for COVID. (which Giuseppe scheduled for us) Hubs was negative, I was positive. So, our lovely vacation was cut short right then and there. My husband got on a plane the next day and went home. I had to stay back by myself and was in quarantine for at least the next 7 days. And here’s where Giuseppe stepped up to the plate to help me more that I could have imagined. My reservation was until April 4 and I had to remain in quarantine until at least April 7. Giuseppe was able to extend my stay and that involved some juggling with existing reservations, which he was able to do to accommodate my extended stay. He also called the pharmacy to get my COVID testing done 7 days later, picked up and paid for home test kits, offered to pick up groceries, medicines and anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable. I even got a “good morning how are you feeling text” via WhatsApp since I was there by myself until I was able to test negative. It was such a comfort to know that Giuseppe was there for me. THIS is the big difference in staying in a hotel vs. a villa with the owner on site. So, if anyone is on the fence whether staying at the Villa Nuba is on your mind, do not hesitate to stay here! YOU WILL LOVE IT! Between the gorgeous views on the property, proximity to many small, quaint Italian towns and villages with great restaurants you can’t go wrong. Thank you so much again Giuseppe for your help and kindness to make my stay as comfortable as possible at the Villa Nuba.

We stayed at Villa Nuba from October 2021 thru December 2021 in the Perugino 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. The purpose of our visit was to explore the Umbrian area as we were considering relocating to Italy. Our goal was to integrate into the Perugia community as residents not necessarily as tourists. Villa Nuba is located in the Monteluce district of Perugia (Northeast of the historic district). It is conveniently located (5-10 minute walk) to local services including supermarket, pharmacy, café/pastry shop. It is about a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the historic old center. You can easy get around the area on foot or public transportation (bus stop at the end of the street), a car is not necessary but having one would certainly facilitate exploring the area or daily living. We did not have a car, we ultimately rented a car intermittently for exploring the region. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor, one side below ground. There is one apartment above, some minimal floor noise (hardwood/tile floors) but nothing that bothered us. Two nice size bedrooms and 2 baths, one with shower the other with a jacuzzi tub. There is a small washer in the main bath. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is small by US standards but quite adequate. There is a 4 burner gas cooktop, refrigerator, as well as a tabletop convection oven and tabletop microwave. We were able to cook daily meals without feeling the kitchen was too small. The dining/living area was comfortable, a TV with local and satellite TV stations available. There is stable high speed internet we used daily without connectivity issues or dropped connections. Heating system was adequate, never felt cold. We had the opportunity to use the pool and patio before the season changed. The pool is wonderful as is the patio complete with recliners, an outdoor grill and table and chairs. The property is well cared for and the area is a lovely suburban type neighborhood that we always felt safe in. Giuseppe, our host, was wonderful. He is multilingual and we had no issues communicating as his English is quite good. He is a wealth of knowledge regarding not only the Perugia area but Italy in general. He was always available to help. One of the best hosts we have meet in our travels. The Villa offers its guest a discount card for local services, restaurants, etc. My wife was able to find a great hair stylist through Giuseppe who was better than her stylist in the States. Villa Nuba is a great place for a short term stay if your visiting Perugia, as a student studying for a semester, or anyone looking for an extended stay that does not need to be in the center of the city.

My 2nd visit. Very clean and well equipped. Located in a quiet area a few minutes from central Perugia. It is ideal for short or long stays. The owner is very friendly and helpful with a list of restaurants and sites in the city and surrounding areas. My reason for coming to Perugia was to study Italian and he recommended a school which I have used twice and will again this April.

Four of us - two couples stayed in the villa Nuba in Sep and loved it. The location is excellent, very close to the beautiful historic Perugia but very private and peaceful. Our apartment on the ground floor was very clean and had everything we could ask for. Special thanks to Giuseppe, he is a very welcoming host, he took us for a tour of the area in his car and gave us many useful advices regarding the sightseeing, places to go, eat, and etc. Umbria is beautiful and we will definitely come again and will not hesitate to recommend villa Nuba to our friends and family.

Villa Nuba proved to be a perfect place for a family holiday. The Villa is in a very peaceful spot with a beautiful rural outlook, yet still so close to Perugia's old town and amenities, and only half an hour from Perugia international airport. It is also in a great location for day trips to other Umbrian towns (we visited Assissi, Spoleto and Norcia during our stay). Our Villa Nuba apartment (Pinturicchio) had lots of character and was very well-equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. Giuseppe was an excellent host. Upon arrival he took us for a quick tour of the area in his own car, showing us local amenities and where to walk/drive/bus into the centre of Perugia. He also welcomed us with a basket of provisions including a bottle of local wine, which went down very well after our long drive from Verona.

We just came back from our stay in Perugia at the Villa Nuba apartments. I can't recommend it enough. The apartments are very well kept, very comfortable and spacious. The grounds are meticulously clean and beautiful. One of the big advantages is having the host Giuseppe living next door. He showed us around town, told us were to park the car when in town, where to buy groceries, gave us restaurant recommendations, and altogether was on hand whenever we had questions. All that without invading our privacy or limiting us in any way. Have I mentioned that Villa Nuba is also very reasonably priced? We had a great vacation, and if we ever go back to Perugia, Villa Nuba will be my first choice.

Villa Nuba again, thank you for the fantastic week already for the third time! We have visited Tuscany and Umbria every year since 2006. The original idea was to find a new accommodation for each visit. Until we found Villa Nuba – after that we have kept returning to Villa Nuba which has really become “our home in Umbria”. First of all, it would be very difficult to find a friendlier host than Giuseppe. He knows everything about the surroundings and is always ready to tell us about the best places to visit. The Villa itself is a treasure. The apartments are spacious and nicely furnished. Not to mention the “private spa” and the stars on the ceiling. The scenery especially from the balcony of apartment Pinturiccio and from the pool is beautiful. The pool area is very stylish and all the other facilities (e. g. barbecue, tables, chairs, herbs to eat…) outside the building give you everything you need for a nice and relaxing evening “at home”. The location is excellent: we had a car and visited most of the towns nearby. However, it would be no problem to travel around by bus or train as well. Until now, we have stayed in every apartment in Villa Nuba and really can recommend each of them.

A beautiful location and a very friendly owner Giuseppe! You feel welcome right from the start! We spent a week in July 2019 and were surprised about the beautiful surroundings. City near by and a great view at the valley. Our super host showed us a part of the city, nearest supermarket, pizzeria etc. We very much liked the pool and BBQ and everything including the house was very clean and organised. Nothing to wish for, everything was there. Very child friendly to. Our 6 year old son enjoined the garden, there is a lot of sun and shade too, and of course the swimming pool he liked the most. We already made our reservation for next year because we really loved the place.

We stayed with Giuseppe for 5 nights. The moment we arrived he personally took us around town to show where everything is and how to get there. The villa was more than we could have ever expected. Very comfortable beds, nice fully equipped kitchen. The pool, eventhough not very deep, was amazing to relax in after visiting a very special winery, recommended to us by Giuseppe. In short, the incredible high level of service given by Giuseppe made our stay truly memorable. Thank you Giuseppe and you will see us soon!

We spent the month of June (2019) in Perugia, staying in Villa Nuba in the Perugino apartment. The villa was most comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed the swimming pool during the hot weather and this area was also well-furnished and clean. Perugia is a beautiful old city with much to see and enjoy. A five minute walk from the villa brings you a bus stop which will bring you into the old city. We also used trains and buses from Perugia to visit nearby hilltop towns e. g Assisi, Spello, Spelleto and others. We had a very enjoyable holiday in Villa Nuba and would definitely recommend it. Many thanks to our host Giuseppe, who was most helpful and friendly.

My husband and I LOVED our time at Villa Nuba! Perugia is simply stunning and Villa Nuba the perfect location to home base from while heading out for day excursions to the many incredible walled cities & towns of Umbria region. A wonderful property situated on the outskirts of Perugia. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is well equipped. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The Villa Nuba is a lovely place to stay for several reasons, bur mostly for the welcoming family, the special decorated flats and the peace of the place. The placement in walking distance to lovely, historical and vibrant Perugia is also worth mentioning as well as that Vila Nuba is an ecological holiday spot with human and sustainable values. We simply love it and know it is going to be one of our "secret places" to spend some time as long as we can travel. Romantic, charming with all the facilities you need including some you did not know you needed.

We love Italy, my sister and I. This was our 13th time together either in Tuscany, Umbria or Marche. We usually choose a new place to stay but last year we really found a place to stay and visit several times. That is Villa Nuba. There is no need to find another place if you will explore Umbria. The location is wonderful just outside of Perugia city. And Giuseppe the host. He is amazing. You really feel at home and get all the help and suggestions you could need. The accommodation is peaceful, nice view, the pool, the barbecue, safety. We already booked our next vacation for next year. We recommend Villa Nuba without hesitation.

Giuseppe is the best host in Italy. He lives on site and works hard to make sure guests enjoy the property and Umbria. The apartments are well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and good size. A brief walk to the center of town. This was our second stay. We love this place.

Excellent accommodation, spotless let clean and beautifully presented. We had a lovely welcome from our host and a welcome basket crammed with goodies including wine. Giuseppe was an incredible host and even took a couple of us on an orientation trip where he pointed out the best places to shop, eat and visit. He was very helpful, even ringing up the pizza takeaway on our behalf. The pool was just wonderful too, so good we spent a whole day just chilling out at the villa. We most definitely will visit again. Thank you Giuseppe for making our stay extra special.

We checked into Villa Nuba on Sunday, April 1, Easter Sunday. With very little open that day, and not being able to shop for food, the Welcome Basket filled with pasta, coffee, crackers, juice, etc. was a welcome site. From the moment we arrived until our tearful goodbye, our month at Villa Nuba was exceptional. The smallest of the three apartments, Bonfigli was charming, cozy, filled with natural light and a unbelievable spa bathroom! The pool area is lovely and relaxing..there is a barbecue area that guests may use and within walking distance were the supermarket, several pizza restaurants and a wonderful Pasticceria and the bus that takes you directly into the city center. Giuseppe, the owner lives on property as well as his parents..all made us feel welcome and from the start more than just renters. Giuseppe is always there to answer questions and make suggestions on places to visit in this beautiful region of Italy. Our time at the Villa brought us a new family and a place to call home. You won't be disappointed!

Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours dans cette propriété pleine charme et de tranquillité. Déjà à l'arrivée l’accueil de Giuseppe était charmant, avec une visite de l'appartement très détaillé, on se sent déjà à l'aise comme chez soi. Le confort de ce lieu est Parfait. Avec les moindres détails: cuisine équipée, électro-menagers, salle de bain avec un jacuzzi et une belle douche à l'italienne avec un système de massage tres appréciable, bref un appartement digne d'un petit Palace. Le plus pour coroner le tout Une CHEMINÉE avec un feu de bois Tellement Romantique SUPER. Sans oublier bien sur la bouteille de Vin comme cadeau d’accueil c'est vraiment un geste de 1er Classe comme on dit en français: "La cerise sur le gâteau". MERCI encore Giuseppe pour tout, pour votre gentillesse, votre professionnalisme, votre soucis de nos moindre désirs et de votre disponibilité. Wir haben herrliche Tage in Guiseppes Villa Nuba verbracht, die ihrem Titel „Charmant“ wirklich voll gerecht wird! Etwas abseits der Straße, damit sehr ruhig und privat gelegen, haben wir ein sehr gemütliches Domizil mit allen Annehmlichkeiten vorgefunden. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschutz, nette Grillecke zur freien Verfügung, gut eingerichtete Küche mit Grundausstattung, bequeme Betten, tolles Bad und ein großes Wohnzimmer - also alles was das Herz begehrt. Bushaltestelle ist gleich an der Straße, aber auch zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Ausflüge in alle Richtungen mit Auto oder Bahn ganz unkompliziert, Perugia liegt perfekt in der Mitte von unendlich vielen sehenswerten kleinen Städten. Guiseppe ist ein toller Gastgeber, der mit vielen Tipps weiterhilft, und sogar in vielen Restaurants und Geschäften Prozente für seine Gäste ausgehandelt hat. Die Villa Nuba empfehlen wir wirklich gerne weiter!

Posto veramente eccezionale in posizione ottimale per raggiungere sia il centro di Perugia che altre località umbre. La descrizione nel sito corrisponde pienamente alla realtà. Struttura di pregio confortevole e silenziosa. Il signor Giuseppe è molto ospitale e gentile.

La nostra famiglia è stata ospitata a villa Nuba, nella residenza del Perugino, durante le vacanze di Natale. Abbiamo trovato di nostro gradimento la casa, ampia, accogliente, ben riscaldata e con un bel caminetto, fornita di tutto quanto necessario per poter trascorrere serenamente il soggiorno e situata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Ci complimentiamo con il signor Giuseppe per la sua gentile accoglienza.

Una villa di prestigio con appartamenti splendidi equipaggiati di tutto il necessario.

Nella descrizione di Villa Nuba si legge il titolo di questa recensione "a Home away from home". Cosa aggiungere altro, se non che è proprio cosi? La villa è bellissima, l'appartamento è confortevole e completo di tutto l'occorrente, gode di un panorama fantastico, a pochi passi dal centro di Perugia. Giuseppe è un host fantastico, presente, gentile e premuroso, e sempre in grado di fornirti il consiglio giusto sulle cose da fare in Umbria e sui ristoranti migliori di Perugia.

Siamo stati calorosamente accolti in un ambiente confortevole, raffinato e studiato nei minimi dettagli: gli arredi ricercati, tutti i confort e persino la fornitissima biblioteca, dotata di testi ragguardevoli, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno un’esperienza estremamente piacevole. L’appartamento è parte di un’antica magione del 1400 finemente ristrutturata, posizionata su un’altura che regala un panorama sulle splendide colline perugine, che si può ammirare stando comodamente seduti sul divano, accanto al camino, attraverso un meraviglioso balcone che occupa un’intera parete. La posizione di Villa Nuba è comoda per chi vuole anche spostarsi e visitare le più belle città dell’Umbria, tutte raggiungibili in tempi brevi con l’automobile. Ma il “quid” è sicuramente dovuto alla gentilezza, alla cortesia e alla professionalità del padrone di casa, il Sig. Giuseppe, presenza costante ma estremamente discreta. Ci ha fornito ogni tipo di indicazione, consigli preziosi e una calorosissima accoglienza. Ritorneremo sicuramente, anche per poter approfittare della bellissima piscina di acqua salata di cui è dotata la struttura.

Villa meravigliosa dotata di ogni comfort per una vacanza super rilassante, la residenza del Bonfigli dove abbiamo soggiornato è dotata di una splendida Spa privata…Giuseppe il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e super disponibil. Che dire? Ve la consiglio vivamente

Siamo stati ospiti in questa bellissima location per festeggiare il nostro matrimonio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato nella tenuta Bonfigli, un alloggio caldo e accogliente con tutti i comfort e gli elettrodomestici del caso, una SPA room davvero suggestiva, una camera da letto molto romantica, e con comunque la possibilità di fare un bagno in piscina all'aperto o una grigliata nel barbecue. Giuseppe un padrone di casa delizioso e davvero molto disponibile oltre che una guida ideale: siamo riusciti a girare tutta l'Umbria grazie ai suoi consigli! Ci torneremo di sicuro!

VILLA NUBA, senza inutili parole. Ho trascorso a Villa NUBA con la mia famiglia la settimana dal 25/07 al 01/08 del 2020, il primo anno senza mare, una cosa molto strana per noi che adoriamo il mare, ma in quest’estate strana con questo spettro denominato COVID-19 per star tranquilli ed evitare molti contatti non c’era altra soluzione che evitare più possibile luoghi affollati. Navigando mi sono impattato in “Villa NUBA”, guardando le foto... bella... proviamo... C’è la piscina possiamo fare una vacanza diversa che, considerata la paura e tutto ciò che si sente dai media, potrebbe essere una buona soluzione... poca gente ambiente riservato... . prenotiamo ! All’arrivo spalancandosi il cancello ci si è aperto un paradiso: un casolare dai colori caldi nascosto tra alberi ad alto fusto e piante di ogni genere... ad accoglierci Giuseppe... come un vecchio amico che non vedevamo da qualche anno... la Sua casa... la Nostra casa... tutto perfetto... sempre presente ma con discrezione... . la riservatezza unita al calore dell’amicizia... ogni particolare curato nei massimi dettagli... e da sottolineare un cesto di benvenuto con qualche snack ed un buon vino rosso assaporato nelle serate all’aperto... la piscina aperta di giorno, per godere appieno di tutto il sole, e di notte con cromoterapia che dava quella sensazione di benessere e tranquillità solo a guardarla... dopo una giornata di sole e caldo i bagni della casa meravigliosi... uno con una doccia spaziosa ed una con vasca idromassaggio iacuzzi... . passiamo alla cucina accessoriatissima... . non mancava nulla... . abbiamo conosciuto anche il piccolo Lorenzo che ha fatto amicizia con la mia Giulia ed insieme si sono divertiti in piscina con mio figlio grande che faceva quasi da animatore... . infine il giorno della partenza siamo stati salutati anche dai genitori di Giuseppe... persone splendide che ci hanno lasciato un bel ricordo di loro anche se con loro abbiamo scambiato solo pochi attimi... che dire... VILLA NUBA... c’è rimasta nel cuore... . e torneremo sicuramente ! Grazie Giuseppe !

Purtroppo siamo stati solo due giorni a Villa Nuba, ma è stato tutto splendido. Abbiamo soggiornato nella residenza Bonfigli: ogni ambiente aveva il suo fascino: la SPA privata fantastica! anche con la possibilità di ascoltare la musica preferita, grazie ad un impianto di alta fedeltà che diffonde la musica nella SPA; il soggiorno elegante con il camino offre un'atmosfera romantica e dotato di un "angolo cottura" (un po' riduttivo definirlo così) dotato di ogni genere di elettrodomestico, grande o piccolo, che possa fornire il confort desiderato; infine la stanza da letto spaziosa con un comodo letto sovrastato da un soffitto..stellato.. in camera anche un piccolo e caratteristico lavabo (naturalmente è un'aggiunta a quello comodissimo del bagno). Ma per noi, quel qualcosa in più è stata la possibilità di poter portare con noi i nostri due cani, non proprio piccoli: un bretone ed un golden retriever, accolti benissimo dal "padrone di casa" Giuseppe sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Speriamo davvero di riuscire a tornare presto a Villa Nuba per godere di un'altro splendido soggiorno.

A Villa Nuba non manca nulla. Eleganza, tranquillità, natura, attrezzature e comfort, vicinanza al centro, gentilezza del proprietario. È anche animal friendly (il nostro gattone sempre bene accolto).

Soggiorno meraviglioso. La residenza è magnifica curata nei minimi dettagli da Giuseppe e dalla sua famiglia (una ospitalità così non la trovi dappertutto). La residenza è spettacolare immersa nel verde e a pochi passi dal centro. Abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento anche un cesto di benvenuto oltre ad una pulizia eccellente e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Posto auto gratuito. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. La spa privata è magnifica con vasca idromassaggio bagno turco e cromoterapia. Qui troverete quello che serve per staccare la spina e immergersi nel relax. In estate la location rende ancora di più con la piscina di acqua salata! Indicata anche per famiglie e bambini con i giochi all aperto e tanto verde. Complimenti!

Siamo stati due famiglie insieme per due notti in questa fantastica villa a Perugia. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa grazie all'ottima accoglienza del proprietario Giuseppe che cura tutto nei minimi particolari. Il posto è incantevole e dotato di tutti i comfort, in particolare noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento del Perugino con i nostri figli e abbiamo passato due splendide giornate! L'appartamento è molto suggestivo (c'è il camino!) ma anche moderno (fantastica la particolare pitturazione dei soffitti delle stanze da letto a cielo stellato..basta spegnere le luci eh...) Insomma per chi vuole passare un weekend rilassante è l'ideale! Altra cosa positiva è la posizione, perché è dentro la città, il che ti permette di visitare tutti i bellissimi luoghi di Perugia facilmente!

Mia moglie, il nostro bambino ed io abbiamo soggiornato, nell’ultima settimana di aprile, nella deliziosa residenza Bonfigli a Villa Nuba. Ma non eravamo soli bensì accompagnati anche dalla nostra piccola gattina. È stata una settimana fantastica, ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa nostra. Desidero innanzitutto iniziare con il descrivere l’eccellente comunicazione che ho avuto con il proprietario Giuseppe. Sin da subito ha mostrato tutta la sua cordialità e la sua elevata capacità relazionale, ma è un qualcosa che va ben oltre il classico rapporto che si ha con i proprietari di altre strutture ricettive. Giuseppe, infatti, ti fa sentire davvero Ospite (la maiuscola è voluta) e la sua sincera disponibilità è un grande punto di forza e una qualità non sempre troppo comune ai nostri giorni. Siamo stati accolti con un graditissimo cesto omaggio di benvenuto con tutto il necessario per la colazione e un’ottima bottiglia di vino rosso di una locale azienda agricola di cui purtroppo non ho preso il nome dall’etichetta, ma mi sono ripromesso a breve di richiederlo. Ma veniamo all’appartamento, confortevole e ben attrezzato, ho notato subito sulla maniglia della porta un cuore con una frase di benvenuto che ho molto apprezzato. Entrando ci si trova una stanza molto spaziosa con una cucina a vista dotata di tutte le stoviglie ed elettrodomestici di qualità e, sul serio, non manca davvero nulla! Questa stanza ha inoltre un favoloso tavolo di vetro e un divano letto (comodo per due ospiti in più). Ma ciò che mi ha immediatamente colpito è il caminetto con cornice in pietra e con incise le iniziali VN (Villa Nuba), questo era già pronto per essere acceso e con la sua legna di scorta riposta in una cesta. A proposito delle iniziali VN, le ho trovate da molte parti nella villa e ciò va ad aggiungersi alla particolare cura dei particolari che hanno i proprietari e anche questo per me è molto apprezzabile. La camera da letto spaziosa ed elegante, è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con un ottimo materasso, doppi cuscini per ciascun ospite, due comodini, armadio, scrivania e perfino un lavabo in stile classico molto pratico, tendine e tappeti. Inoltre, Giuseppe - su nostra esplicita richiesta e con un piccolo extra - ci ha fatto trovare un comodo lettino/box fornito di lenzuolini e copertine per il nostro bambino. Ma ora arriviamo alla vera “chicca” della residenza Bonfigli: il bagno. Il bagno? Sì, non un semplice bagno ma una vera e propria SPA, con vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, doccia idromassaggio e bagno turco dove ci si può davvero rilassare e si può “condire” il tutto con dell’ottima musica trasmessa da un sistema di diffusione presente nella SPA medesima. Residenza Bonfigli a parte, Villa Nuba è dotata di altre deliziose caratteristiche, per esempio il comodo barbecue, la piscina di acqua salata e con lo spazio circostante arredato con lettini, sedie sdraio, sedie e tavolino in ferro battuto. Inoltre siamo stati lieti di trovare anche una piccola area giochi che il nostro bambino ha apprezzato moltissimo. Quindi, un soggiorno da 6 stelle! Ho gradito infine la disponibilità di Giuseppe nell’accogliere eventuali nostri suggerimenti, non critiche - come ho voluto giustamente specificare - ma suggerimenti appunto per mettere la classica ma necessaria ciliegina sulla già deliziosa torta Villa Nuba a cui difficilmente si può resistere. Se ritorneremo a Villa Nuba? Assolutamente sì, è già nei nostri programmi! E allora, grazie Giuseppe e grazie Villa Nuba ma soprattutto “a presto!”.

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti a villa Nuba. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario molto gentile il quale ci ha fornito suggerimenti molto validi sulla zona da visitare. Location molto tranquilla, comodo il parcheggio all’interno della villa, abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri 2 cagnolini; camere ampie e bel soggiorno con grandi vetrate. Ottima pulizia. Graditissima la bottiglia di vino e i prodotti per la colazione. Grazie Giuseppe!

Soggiorno speciale, la residenza Bonfigli è un nido comodo e rilassante, c'è tutto quello che si può volere per una fuga romantica indimenticabile La SPA interna è senz'altro il valore aggiunto, spettacolare! Giuseppe è un padrone di casa gentile e disponibile, pur essendo assolutamente discreto. La posizione è molto vicina al centro storico, in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere tutti i possibili centri di interesse Lo consiglio vivamente, non vi pentirete.

Appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità e ben riscaldato per l’inverno. C’è pure il caminetto, la vasca con idromassaggio e bagno turco. Giuseppe un perfetto padrone di casa, gentile e disponibilissimo per tutto e su tutto.

Villa Nuba è un delizioso residence in villa a pochi minuti dal centro storico di Perugia. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento denominato del Bonfigli: elegante e con ogni comfort tra cui il camino a legna e una rilassante SPA room tutta per noi con grande vasca jacuzzi, bagno turco, musica e cromoterapia. Romantico il soffitto stellato nella camera da letto con la costellazione dell’amore, uno spettacolo! La cucina è completa di tutto. La pulizia è impeccabile così come Giuseppe, il proprietario, che ci ha fornito tanti preziosi consigli per vivere Perugia e l’Umbria al meglio durante il nostro soggiorno. Una piscina in acqua salata, un curatissimo giardino, diverse erbe aromatiche, il parcheggio all’interno della proprietà e un utile barbecue hanno fatto da perfetta cornice per la nostra fuga di qualche giorno dalla quotidianità. Consiglio vivamente Villa Nuba a chi desidera soggiornare a Perugia e cerca un residence in villa fuori dall’ordinario, una struttura di classe e speciale dove il tempo sembra si sia fermato.

Non una semplice residenza, ma un posto dove puoi vivere la vera Umbria fatta di appartamenti finemente curati in ogni piccolo dettaglio, ottimamente puliti e dove si ha a disposizione ogni tipo di comfort per trascorrere una permanenza in pieno relax, ma strategicamente vicini sia al centro che dista 2 minuti in macchina e ottima posizione per visitare tutte le bellezze dell'Umbria. Oltre a questo trovi il vero spirito di accoglienza da parte del titolare Giuseppe che ti fa sentire un ospite importante e gradito e non un semplice turista di passaggio. Questa è la vera Italia: Strutture, bellezze, accoglienza.

Sono stata a Villa Nuba dal 30 dicembre al 1 gennaio 2018 con degli amici per trascorrere il capodanno a Perugia. Il residence si trova a pochi km dal centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi, immerso nel verde e con un panorama stupendo su tutti i colli di Perugia. Siamo stati accolti da Giuseppe, che ci ha spiegato esaustivamente tutti i servizi a nostra disposizione. Gli appartamenti (ne avevamo preso 2) erano pulitissimi e ordinatissimi, molto confortevoli ed entrambi con camino. Cucine attrezzate di tutti i comfort, con forno a microonde, macchina del caffè sia italiana che americana, tostapane, lavastoviglie, stoviglie, pentole e anche sale olio, spezie e caffè. Bagni veramente bellissimi, entrambi dotati di vasca idromassaggio. Sul tavolo c'era un cesto di benvenuto con tutto il necessario per la prima colazione. All'esterno abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di usufruire del barbecue. Giuseppe è stato sempre molto disponibile durante il soggiorno e ci ha fornito una lista di negozi, bar e ristoranti convenzionati che, presentando la tessera Gold di Villa Nuba, ci avrebbero fatto uno sconto del 10%. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, spero di poter tornare in estate per poter sfruttare anche la bellissima piscina all'aperto.

Siamo stati ospiti a villa Nuba dal 5 al 19 agosto 2017. Stupenda villa immersa nel verde appena fuori dal centro storico di Perugia. Ideale per passare una giornata in totale relax con un libro a bordo piscina o come base di partenza per splendide gite nelle numerose città d'arte e borghi, tutti a pochi km. Senza contare la bella Perugia raggiungibile a piedi, in auto o con i mezzi pubblici. la fermata è a un centinaio di metri, come il market per la spesa. L'appartamento Bonfigli, che avevamo, è una chicca. In tanti anni di case vacanze non ho mai trovato ambienti così curati e dotati di oggetti di grande qualità. La cucina è completa di ogni possibile immaginabile accessorio. Il bagno, invece, è incredibile: cabina con idrodoccia, vasca idromassaggio e musica! Anche la camera da letto non è da meno. Grande, ben ammobiliata con uno stupendo materasso e il soffitto che di notte si popola di stelle. A completare la perfetta riuscita c'è poi il pezzo forte: Giuseppe, il proprietario. Persona simpaticissima, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi occorrenza. Appenza arrivati ci ha accompagnato in un breve giro per indicarci il market, la fermata del bus, come arrivare in centro e dove parcheggiare. E poi tanti consigli su ristoranti, negozi per prodotti tipici e indicazioni su luoghi da visitare. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. Un enorme grazie e arrivederci a Giuseppe.

"Luogo accogliente e rilassante". Un posto bello da vedere e bello da vivere! Oltre ai tanti confort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, vasca idromassaggio, piscina, ecc) abbiamo ricevuto un ottima accoglienza da Giuseppe Nuzzaci e la sua famiglia, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!

Sono andato per la prima volta a visitare la città di Perugia con la mia famiglia. La villa si trova in un posto vicino al centro facile da raggiunge, inoltre appena arrivati il gestore Giuseppe simpaticissimo ci ha portato a fare un pratico Tour. Consigliatissimo. Unica pecca "si stava talmente bene che quasi ci è passata la voglia di andare girando".

Come ha detto il mio fidanzato quando eravamo lì, il problema è il posto: si sta talmente bene che quasi non vorresti più spostarti dalla villa, nonostante le bellezze che l'Umbria ha da offrire. Abbiamo soggiornato in sei nell'appartamento del perugino molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort (vasca idromassaggio, lavastoviglie, tutto il necessario per la cucina. Giuseppe è stato così gentile da farci trovare anche un cesto di benvenuto con tutto il necessario al nostro arrivo). Le camere oltre ad essere ben arredate erano anche molto romantiche con il soffitto che a luci spente diventava un bellissimo cielo stellato. La piscina poi era piacevolissima circondata dal verde e nella più totale tranquillità. Quasi non abbiamo avvertito la presenza degli altri ospiti. In pratica era come stare a casa ma con tutti i vantaggi di una villa meravigliosa a nostra disposizione. Ultime note positive vanno al proprietario Giuseppe, una persona di una gentilezza unica che ci ha seguito in tutto e fornito ottimi consigli, e alla posizione, praticamente a cinque minuti d'auto dal centro di Perugia. Insomma a differenza dei più freddi e informali hotel questo luogo è l'ideale se si vuole vivere a pieno l'atmosfera umbra senza però rinunciare alla comodità di essere a due passi dal centro.

La residenza è pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio, non manca nulla anzi ci sono accessori e servizi che non ci si aspetta di trovare tipo lavastoviglie, lavatrice e ogni tipo di servizio che rende il soggiorno più confortevole, una piscina tenuta ottimamente e bordo piscina con accessori adatti al rilassamento. Il titolare è sempre presente e attento ad ogni dettaglio ci ha persino accompagnati a conoscere Perugia in modo tale da poterci muovere con più disinvoltura. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giuseppe e ci tornerò sicuramente. Maria.

Una recensione entusiastica rischia di rendere vano lo scopo per cui la si fa, ossia aiutare concretamente chi vuole visitare un luogo e quindi sarò più dettagliata possibile nonostante l'entusiasmo che ancora mi pervade. Location curata in ogni dettaglio con arredi interni ed esterni di pregio e qualità. Atmosfera rilassante grazie al verde e ai tanti e diversificati spazi dove poter trascorrere momenti davvero rigeneranti. Piscina in acqua salata sempre pulita grazie alla cura del titolare che ne controlla spesso il ph. Il titolare Giuseppe Nuzzaci, che ringrazio ancora anche attraverso questo mezzo, non solo ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio ogni servizio e accessorio della residenza ma ci ha accompagnati con la sua auto a fare un giro di Perugia per mostrarci i servizi e i negozi di prima necessità. Inoltre villa Nuba è convenzionata con diversi negozi e ristoranti che riservano uno sconto speciale offrendo un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero gratificante! A tal proposito menziono il ristorante "Il Cantinone" per il quale farò una recensione a parte. Grazie ancora Giuseppe!

We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen door Giuseppe, alles is fijn en duidelijk uitgelegd. Hij heeft ons daarna mee genomen in de auto om een rondje te rijden in de stad, om zo uit te leggen waar en hoe je ergens makkelijk heen kan! Hij heeft een lijst gemaakt met alle goede restaurants in de buurt, waar hij ook heeft geregeld dat je korting krijgt. We hebben in de 9 dagen dat we er waren met 34 graden geen airco hoeven te gebruiken, wel hebben we met de ventilator aan geslapen. Een groot bed met een mooie sterre hemel! Het zwembad was een prima temperatuur. Er zijn genoeg bedden en stoelen bij het zwembad om in de zon te zitten. Ik zou het zeker aanraden om hier voor een week of langer te blijven! Er is een bushalte vlakbij waarmee je naar het centrum van Perugia kan, ongeveer 5 minuten met de auto of bus. Op 1 minuut rijden is er een supermarkt waar je veel kan halen en daarnaast een tankstation. We hebben het erg fijn gehad en zijn Giuseppe erg dankbaar voor alles!

Dit is een hele mooie plek in Perugia. Prachtig gelegen op een kleine afstand van het centrum of de snelweg. Ideaal voor als je Perugia in wilt gaan, of zoals ons, ook de omgeving wilt bekijken! Het appartement is een mooie, ruime en koele ruimte waarin je heerlijk je gang kan gaan. Het heeft een hele fijne badkamer met o. a. jacuzzi en kan er zelf ook koken. Onze gastheer Giuseppe had ook een welkoms-cadeau voor ons klaargelegd waarmee we de eerste avond pasta konden maken. Het zwembad is een prachtige oase van rust en heeft goede bedden en stoelen naast het zwembad, maar ook lekkere lounge plekken op de verhoging. Giuseppe heeft ons heel goed ontvangen. Hij gaf gelijk een goede tour in het engels over hoe alles werkt. Ook heeft hij alle informatie in een bundel gezet zodat je altijd kan controleren hoe bijvoorbeeld de Jacuzzi werkt. Na de tour nam Giuseppe ons mee om een korte tour door Perugia te doen en vertelde over wat handige plekken zoals de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt, goedkoopste tankstation, beste parkeerplaats, bushaltes en meer. Verder heeft hij ook een samenwerking gezocht met meerdere winkels en restaurants waar je als gast korting krijgt. Dit maak je bij de plek duidelijk via een 'Gold Card'. Heel mooi om te zien dat hij zo goed voor zijn gasten zorgt!

Vi havde 2 fantastiske ugers afslappende ferie i Villa Nuba. Dette skønne sted er en lille oase, der har alt det, som vi har brug for, når vi holder ferie. Vi boede i en skøn, veludstyret lejlighed med charmerende have, dejlig pool og en fantastisk udsigt, hvor vi nød solnedgangene. Vores vært Giuseppe var den bedste og mest hjælpsomme vært, man kan forestille sig. Perugia er en smuk middelalderby med masser af skønne spisesteder og hyggelige kringlede gader. Byen er ikke så turistpræget, som man kan opleve andre steder i Italien og det er for os et stort plus. Vi kan kun anbefale Villa Nuba og vil se frem til at vende tilbage.
