Hey, I'm Federico

Our family consists of Rosa, Adriano, Federico, Andrea, Nicolò, and the lively Jack Russell Terrier, Leopoldo. Although we were born in Rome, our hearts belong to Tuscany, a region that won us over six years ago when we discovered the beautiful San Carlo farm. It was love at first sight: the beauty and magic of the place inspired us to share our passion with anyone who wishes to immerse themselves in this corner of Italy, exploring its traditions, products, wines, art, and natural wonders. Adriano, a cardiologist, and Rosa, who often accompanies him on work trips across Italy, find their perfect refuge here. Their children, Federico, an architect, Andrea, a lawyer, and Nicolò, still a student, eagerly participate in the upkeep of the estate. Each family member plays a role: from maintaining the lawn to harvesting olives for our olive oil, from preparing jams and tarts for our guests to taking care of the house. Even Leopoldo, always seeking affection, is an integral part of the hospitality. For us, the farm is a rejuvenating space where peace, connection with the land, and natural beauty restore our energy and tranquility. Sharing this little piece of paradise and our passion with guests is an invaluable experience that enriches every day spent here.
