Description
Villa Colle di Rocco is located in an ancient stone famhouse holiday resort in natural park at just a few kms from Assisi (a Unesco world Heritage site), surrounded by olive groves and Vineyards. The appartments and rooms are inside the historical villa which has undergone complete renovation in 2014. All our bedrooms have top quality matresses and pure egyptian cotton sheets, flat screen tv, coffee corner with espresso coffee machine (some include a four poster bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub)
At disposal of all guests are a beautiful garden with tables for al-fresco dining, BBQ, common lounge with library, table tennis, nature trails, bike rental, free wifi in common areas.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 8 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Struttura ben gestita, agriturismo molto confortevole e curato. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere in poco tempo le città umbre. Molto apprezzata la vasca idromassaggio. Il proprietario è una persona molto simpatica, disponibile e preparata per dare informazioni su questi luoghi da visitare. Peccato non aver potuto assaporare, causa covid, la colazione che, a detta di molti, era particolarmente ricca e guatosa. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo posto, soprattutto per chi è amante di vini pregiati, vista la cantina di cui è fornita e di cui sono produttori.

Trattasi di un casale ben ristrutturato. Ho soggiornato per cinque notti e deve riconoscere che per quanto riguarda le pulizie e, cambio lenzuola settimanale e cambio biancheria da bagno ogni 3 giorni siano insufficienti. Inoltre, a causa della situazione COVID19, non è prevista la colazione che è stata sostituita solamente con la presenza di una macchina per il caffè con l'uso di cialde. In considerazione anche della lontananza di un punto in cui fare colazione, il più vicino a circa 3 km, e del prezzo sella camera sarebbe opportuno un miglioramento dei servizi sopra descritti.

Bellissimo bed and breakfast nei pressi di Cannara, immerso belle colline umbre è un luogo accogliente per trascorrere giorni di pace e relax. Appartamenti piccoli ed accoglienti, forniti di tutto il necessario: cucina, macchina del caffè, vasca idromassaggio. Se vi piace degustare qualcosa di tipico lasciatevi consigliare dal proprietario, persona molto accogliente e amichevole oltre che appassionato di culture del suo territorio. La struttura e' anche una cantina famosa per la produzione di olio e vino della zona. Potrete gustare una bella degustazione per conoscere il vino di sua produzione accompagnato dalla scoperta dei sapori e degli accostamenti da loro offerti. Consigliatissimo.

Il nostro soggiorno a Villa Colle di Rocco è stato piacevolissimo: l'accoglienza è straordinaria ed il proprietario è una preziosa guida storico-naturalistica; dal parco-uliveto-frutteto, con piante storiche censite, immerso nella quiete del paesaggio umbro, si possono ammirare Assisi e Spello raggiungibili in breve tempo. Gli alloggi sono curati e confortevoli, i verdi ed ombreggiati spazi esterni sono interamente a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo anche potuto degustare l'olio e gli ottimi vini prodotti a Colle di Rocco, secondo l'antica tradizione umbra, dal gentilissimo signor Paolo.

Ho dormito 4 notti in questa struttura e mi sono trovato benissimo. Ottima posizione, paesaggio da cartolina e gestore sig. Paolo disponibilissimo e di una cultura rara. Ci ha dato molte chicche su cosa vedere in zona. Lo consiglio al 1000%.
