Villa Colle di Rocco is located in an ancient stone famhouse holiday resort in natural park at just a few kms from Assisi (a Unesco world Heritage site), surrounded by olive groves and Vineyards. The appartments and rooms are inside the historical villa which has undergone complete renovation in 2014. All our bedrooms have top quality matresses and pure egyptian cotton sheets, flat screen tv, coffee corner with espresso coffee machine (some include a four poster bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub)
At disposal of all guests are a beautiful garden with tables for al-fresco dining, BBQ, common lounge with library, table tennis, nature trails, bike rental, free wifi in common areas.

Well-managed structure, very comfortable and well-kept farmhouse. Excellent location to reach the Umbrian cities quickly. The whirlpool tub was greatly appreciated. The owner is a very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable person to provide information about these places to visit. It's a shame not to have been able to taste, due to covid, the breakfast which, according to many, was particularly rich and tasty. I highly recommend staying in this place, especially for those who love fine wines, given the cellar with which it is equipped and of which they are producers.

This is a well-renovated farmhouse. I stayed for five nights and I must acknowledge that the cleaning, the weekly bed sheet change, and the bath linen change every 3 days are insufficient. Furthermore, due to the COVID19 situation, breakfast is not provided and has been replaced only by a coffee machine with the use of pods. Considering also the distance from a breakfast place, the closest being about 3 km away, and the room price, an improvement of the above-described services would be appropriate.

Beautiful bed and breakfast near Cannara, nestled in the beautiful Umbrian hills, it is a cozy place to spend days of peace and relaxation. Small and cozy apartments, equipped with everything you need: kitchen, coffee machine, whirlpool tub. If you like to taste something typical, let the owner advise you, a very welcoming and friendly person as well as passionate about the cultures of his territory. The structure is also a famous cellar for the production of oil and wine from the area. You can enjoy a nice tasting to get to know the wine of their production, accompanied by the discovery of the flavors and pairings they offer. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Villa Colle di Rocco was very pleasant: the welcome is extraordinary and the owner is a precious historical-naturalistic guide; from the olive grove-orchard, with listed historical plants, immersed in the tranquility of the Umbrian landscape, you can admire Assisi and Spello reachable in a short time. The accommodations are well-kept and comfortable, the green and shaded outdoor spaces are entirely available to guests. We also had the opportunity to taste the oil and excellent wines produced at Colle di Rocco, following the ancient Umbrian tradition, by the very kind Mr. Paolo.

I stayed 4 nights at Villa Colle di Rocco and had a great time. Excellent location, picturesque landscape, and the manager Mr. Paolo was extremely helpful and of rare culture. He gave us many tips on what to see in the area. I recommend it 1000%.
