Description
The country house Ca' Amedeo, realized in Castelfranco Veneto, it rises in the country inside a park of 25. 000 mqs., absorbed in the green and in the calm.

To 2 minutes from the center of Castelfranco Veneto, is the ideal place both for job and for tourism.

The structure is endowed with 20 mini apartments (of which 1 predisposed for disabled) and ready of all the furnishings and of the laundry necessary to live in complete autonomy. Every apartment is endowed with angle cooking with refrigerator, oven microwaves, heating and climatization, Tv, connection to internet. The service guarantees the cleaning of the places and the change of the weekday laundry, inclusive in the price of the location. On demand the first breakfast in a special environment.

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights last week and we had the best time. Christian was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The garden area is massive and has lots of animals to see. The bio pool is fab, no chemicals! Such a tranquil setting perfect for relaxing and reconnecting! Location is brilliant too for seeing the sights, we went into Venice, visited Castelfranco, Bau Bau Beach, Prosecco hills and Treviso. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! Would love to return too! Thank you Christian for being so accommodating :).

Spectacular location, with the horseshoe-shaped residential complex facing a huge and well-kept green area. There is a naturally cleaned pool that is rarely seen in Italy. Far from the chaos of the city center, you must necessarily move around with a means of transportation. Cristian provided me with a bicycle, saving me from a long walk of a few kilometers on foot. There is no breakfast.

Very kind staff. I only stayed overnight, so I used the bathroom and bed. Nothing to say, it is also surrounded by greenery, what more could you ask for?

Very quiet farmhouse. Cleaning very good. Lovely people. A good base to explore the region. The cooking angel and the fridge are definitely a plus.

Family management, courtesy, and a relaxing environment make this place an ideal spot to spend a vacation, to recharge in nature, but just 5 minutes from the city center. I highly recommend it to everyone, I will return for all my visits to Castelfranco and the surrounding areas.

Sono stato con mia moglie in questa splendida struttura per due giorni. È in una posizione strategica sia per la campagna veneta che per raggiungere città come Padova e Venezia, centri come Bassano del Grappa. La stessa Castelfranco è una gran bella cittadina. È proprio la struttura la vera attrazione, un grande casale su due livelli con tutte le comodità, gestita da Christian con grande attenzione a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Parlando con lui ci ha raccontato della sua passione e attenzione alle soluzioni ecologiche e innovative; a partire dall'impianto fotovoltaico sul tetto, la colonnina di ricarica per le auto elettriche nel piazzale d'ingresso, per continuare con gli animali, fra i quali alcuni bellissimi pavoni, tenuti nel grande parco che circonda il casale, per arrivare al quel vero e proprio gioiellino costituito dalla bio-piscina, che non si avvale di alcuna sostanza chimica ma di un sistema naturale che dona un'acqua limpidissima. Abbiamo conosciuto anche i genitori di Christian, anche loro molto attenti alle esigenze e richieste degli ospiti e all'organizzazione delle attività. Si gode di un'atmosfera di grande relax ed è stato straordinariamente piacevole trascorrere un pur brevissimo momento in questo contesto. Un'ultima annotazione, indicativa della qualità e cortesia dei gestori: mia moglie ha dimenticato alcune cose quando siamo partiti e senza nessun problema, facendosi fra l'altro carico della spedizione, ce le hanno immediatamente inviate. Grazie!

Una struttura da sogno, con un contorno di silenzio e tranquillità ideale per rilassarsi e passare un fine settimana di meritato riposo. Immersa nel verde e a due passi dalla città, si presta per famiglie e gruppi, essendo dotata di ampio giardino interno, recintato, quindi privo di macchine e altri mezzi in movimento.
