Description
Holiday farm is located only 1 km from the town centre on the hills that overlook Bardolino on lake Garda, a wellknown holiday resort famous for the homonymous wine, immersed in olivetrees and vineyards, it offers accommodation in country style's rooms with personal bathroom, TV sat, safe, refrigerator. At disposal the big garden with lake view, car park, mountainbikes for rent. Pets are also permitted. The farm is also a wine-oliveoil's producer, in the adjoined winery tastings and snacks are served.

Reached in few minutes also the most famous amusement's parks on lake Garda.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 20 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

We had a very nice stay. The room was big, clean and cosy and the swimming area was very relaxing. The people are friendly.

I booked a double room with two adults and a child. We slept in three in the double room, which was okay for two nights. There were only two towels. When I asked for the third towel, I was told that there are only two towels in the double room, but as an exception I would receive a third towel. Extra bedding and breakfast for the child were then charged to me in the bill, which I did not pay for as I had booked the total price. She wanted the tourist tax 4 euros per person. However, it was only 1 euro per day per person and the child up to 13 was free. In the end, I didn't have to argue much, my written argumentation was immediately accepted. We had a corner room on the ground floor. It was noisy at night, as guests were partying right outside, as there were tables there. There were seating areas right in front of our room door used by other guests, which was something to get used to. I drank the worst coffee or left it. We skipped breakfast on the second day because the eye eats too. The landlady was friendly, the landlord had apparently swallowed a broomstick. For two nights it was okay, as we were passing through, had seen something and were in bed only at night, but I couldn't imagine a longer vacation.

Unfortunately, no bicycles are available as advertised. Beautiful sunbathing area with loungers under the olive trees.

Wir waren nicht direkt im Agriturismo untergebracht, sondern in einem dazugehörigen Appartamenti in Bardolino. Große Unterkunft mit Swimmingpool und schönem Garten. Sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum See, 15 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

La struttura ha grandi spazi e grandi potenzialità che dovrebbero essere sfruttate meglio. I locatori dovrebbero essere più presenti e ci vorrebbe un po' di più ordine e occhio al cliente. Posto tranquillo con tutti i confort necessari, ideale per una vacanza rilassante per famiglie. Animali ben accettati: possono rimanere anche liberi perché il posto è tutto recintato. Immerso tra gli ulivi e i vigneti. Da considerare per la prossima estate.
