Ca’ Marcello is a charming agritourism farm nestled in the serene countryside of the Venetian region, along the picturesque Riviera del Brenta. Located just a few kilometers from Venice and near the stunning Villa Foscari designed by Palladio (in Malcontenta), it provides a peaceful retreat amidst nature and culture.

The facility features three guest rooms, four apartments, and a small agricultural campsite, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, which is open from late May to September, offering a relaxing experience surrounded by greenery. A long tree-lined avenue runs through the property, providing beautiful views throughout the year.

Thanks to its strategic location, the agritourism serves as an excellent base for exploring Venice, the Riviera del Brenta and its historic villas, the WWF Oasis of Valle Averto, and many other destinations in the Veneto region. From here, one can easily reach Chioggia and the beach at Sottomarina, Padua and the Euganean Hills, the walled cities, Treviso and the Prosecco D.O.C. area, as well as Vicenza, Bassano del Grappa, Verona, and Lake Garda.

At Ca' Marcello, breakfast is designed to offer guests maximum freedom and convenience. There is no dedicated breakfast room; instead, each guest room is equipped with a table and chairs, cups, cutlery, and glasses, along with a refrigerator for food storage.

A small shared area, accessible to three rooms, features a coffee machine, tea, chamomile, and barley, as well as a microwave and kettle, providing a handy spot to prepare a hot beverage at any time.

Breakfast is delivered directly to the room and includes toasted bread, jams, hazelnut spread, honey, cookies, milk, plain yogurt, butter, and seasonal fruit. Fresh croissants or pastries are provided each morning based on the guests' choice, and bread is also available upon request. Depending on availability, cold cuts or cheese can be added. For special requests, a small supplement may apply.

This arrangement allows guests to enjoy breakfast in complete relaxation, adhering to their own schedules and habits, all within the comfort of a private and well-equipped space.

Silvio, the manager of the agriturismo, is assisted by Fabiana and Elisa in taking care of the countryside, garden, pool, and vegetable patch. From time to time, he enjoys welcoming guests for a chat, especially about topics close to his heart, such as the beauty of the countryside and his beloved Veneto region. His joy is palpable when foreign visitors arrive seeking their roots, descendants of Italian emigrants, and there are indeed many Venetians who have left their land throughout history! Silvio feels particularly happy when he is surrounded by his cherished grandchildren, who bring the atmosphere to life with their vibrant personalities. They are like miniature "cowboys," with three girls and one boy making every moment special. Recently, he also published a book titled "A Shopkeeper Laughs," which is the result of his reflections during the peaceful winters. In this work, he humorously describes the various facets of human life observed from his shop. It’s a light and entertaining read, perfect for anyone who often finds themselves behind or in front of a counter, whether they are a "shopkeeper" or a customer.
