The recently renovated establishment is designed for those seeking a peaceful stay, away from the hectic pace of the city, yet conveniently located for easy access to Venice and other charming local destinations.

Guests can choose from two spacious double rooms, each with a private bathroom and equipped with all modern amenities, or a two-bedroom apartment, perfect for families or small groups. The interior spaces are decorated with natural materials and soft tones that reflect the surrounding environment, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each accommodation features a king-size bed with a topper, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a smart TV with Netflix, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee machine with capsules. The bright and functional bathrooms include a glass shower, complimentary toiletries, slippers, and a hairdryer.

The “Quercia” apartment, measuring 75 square meters, also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and everything needed for cooking, a living area with a sofa and TV, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a window. All accommodations are located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.

A personal vehicle is necessary to reach the property and explore the surrounding area, as public transportation is not available. Those arriving by train or plane can easily rent a car at nearby stations or airports.
