The company is a family-owned legacy with a rich and captivating history. Grandfather Aleardo, hailing from a respected lineage, chose to preserve only the countryside of the "saugo" (elderberry), drawn by its natural beauty. My mother has always wished for this place to remain a family treasure for future generations. Therefore, my father and I, despite our different professional backgrounds, eagerly embarked on this new business venture, introducing innovations and modernizing the company to fulfill this "dream" of a unique place!
