Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Elisabetta and Andrea take pride in hosting well, excellently, to be more precise. The Bed and Breakfast Nonna Amelia is a short distance from downtown Vicenza, yet we are in the countryside, where we can relax and simply breathe fresh air, be in touch with nature. Everything we need is well taken care of – the rooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessary appliances and breakfast that can be personalized to our liking, plus a large terrace adjoining the kitchen. Access to the rooms is independent, so we don’t feel we are intruding. Should something unexpected happen, both Elisabetta and Andrea are available to help. Absolutely recommended.

It is a very nice, comfortable, Original place to be, with very friendly owners. They will do everything to make it a special, unforgettable stay for you. A lovely family.

Ho pernottato con mio marito in questa struttura in occasione della mostra di van Gogh. La posizione è in aperta campagna però a soli 5 km da Vicenza. Le camere, tranquille e silenziose sono arredate con gusto e mobili d'epoca. Complete di tutto il necessario con cuscini e coperte supplementari. Anche il bagno ristrutturato ha un box doccia ampio e funzionale. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia che mi è parsa davvero ottima. Peccato che per motivi organizzativi in quei giorni non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione, comunque la sala cucina era rifornita di tutto il necessario. L'unica cosa mancante era il forno, ma ci è stato detto che a breve sarà installato un forno elettrico. Nota di merito alla padrona di casa signora Elisabetta molto gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. Molto prodiga anche in consigli turistici e gastronomici. Davvero un soggiorno molto gradevole!

Grazie infinite signora Rita per le sue parole. Le attenzioni necessarie ai nostri bimbi a volte ci portano a limitare il tempo a disposizione per la preparazione della colazione che, essendo prevalentemente costituita da prodotti fatti a mano, richiede parecchio impegno. Del resto l'alternativa di offrire prodotti preconfezionati non ci piace, pertanto (in attesa che i bimbi crescano!) preferiamo in questi frangenti proporre il soggiorno senza colazione. Speriamo in futuro di farvi provare anche questo aspetto del soggiorno presso la nostra struttura. Vi ringraziamo anche per gli utili e preziosi consigli che arricchiscono la nostra esperienza.
