The farmhouse, recently expanded with a special emphasis on sustainability, features photovoltaic and solar systems, double-glazed windows, and energy-efficient lighting. Every little detail is designed to minimize environmental impact, encouraging guests to contribute with small daily actions.

From the private parking area, guests can access a lush garden, a vibrant corner filled with colors and fragrances where aromatic plants and flowers flourish. At the center, discreetly hidden from view, a hot tub offers moments of pure relaxation. The breakfast, abundant and thoughtfully prepared, is served in a cozy setting amidst the greenery of the garden and the bright atmosphere of the living room. The winter garden is the perfect spot for reading, enjoying a coffee, or having a romantic aperitif under the stars.

The three rooms, inspired by the indigenous grape varieties of Valpolicella – Rondinella, Corvina, and Molinara – are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all comforts: a private bathroom with a shower, minibar, kettle, air conditioning, LED TV, and Wi-Fi connection. Towels are changed daily, while bed linens are replaced every three days. An additional crib is available upon request.

The B&B's location is ideal for exploring the area: just minutes away from Verona, Lake Garda, and cultural cities such as Mantova, Vicenza, and Venice.
